Great facility, staff are very nice and service minded, however if your looking for a quiet and peaceful weekend getaway, check with the hotel before if there’s any events.we were not so fortunate: (

Tempat yang nyaman dikunjungi baik untuk keluarga maupun paket meeting, fasilitas bagus baik dari gym tempat bermain anak, kolam renang yang besar, ruangan kamar yamg besar beserta ruang meeting yang bagus cocok untuk mengisi liburan keluarha ataupun paket meeting disini bisa ditempuh melalui sentul ataupun jalur puncak

Hanya untuk makanan di restoran kualitas nya relatif menurun.awal tahun 2018 menginap disini variasi makanannya banyak dan enak2 kmrn i dont why not as we expected.

Check in Time: WORST
My experience: I was check in by 2.00 PM and the room was not ready yet. I wait for 30 minutes and ask again, they still said that the room was not ready. They have an excuse that the CHECK IN TIME is 3.00 PM (as I understand by 3.00 THE ROOM SHALL BE READY). Ok I am waiting for another 30 minutes. 3.07 PM I asked again then THE ROOM WAS NOT READY. They have an excuse the room service person working back to back. After that, they propose to give me another room (why this not inform previously?)

Location: Average
Good because you will not stuck in a traffic jam hours because the location is not far from toll exit. Bad because the location is not "mountain”, enough where we expected got the cold air.

Hotel Building: OK
It is new modern architecture building where it has many concrete and glasses

Kid’s indoor activity: BAD
It is just a late development. It is just there to exist. The safety is not there. No bump floor. Ball is not clean. The room is tight. The slide is steep. No activity. No guard. (Not as I expected from five star hotel)
Kid’s outdoor activity: OK
The outdoor activity is fun. However, it can be improve like pet petting or horse riding. There are three pool, one pool were meant for an adult (no kids allowed) one meant for kids. In addition, one is mix. There are ATV and also bicycling, though the track is questionable. As the track is very cram and has rocky road.

Sport activity: OK
Yoga, Zumba, is exist. Gym is good the sport equipment are maintain well

Room: DISSAPOINTING
I booked for an executive deluxe room. For a five star hotel, I feel disappointed compare to other five star hotel. The room (when I was came in) the floor was dirty, the room is not spacious. I compare to the deluxe room in Padma, Westin, Marriott.
No bathtub. Only shower. (Understand that they provide bathtub in studio room, but then again compare to deluxe room for other five star hotel, this is not luxury)
It is just like four-star hotel. No luxury. The hair dryer is broken.

You will get basic amenities such as

Hospitality: OK
The staff is nice and friendly. However, the management should inspect the employee sizing. The system and management is bad.

Restaurant: Average
The taste is good though not very much variety. However, it is just enough. Five star hotel = Nope

In Summary: I feel disappointed as I expect more from a five star hotel. This star is questionable. As I see that as just a four star hotel. Do we have a good time there? Yes, we are. Will I go there for another vacation? Well ~~ probably. The chance is 30%. However, with the price compare to facility, I would rather go to Padma or Westin in Jakarta. If I want a "puncak" taste, then I rather go to R Rancamaya Hotel with cheaper price, not so different facilities.

Nice hotel with a very nice view and facilities for kids. Kids pool has slide. Kids club is also awesome. Many choices of breakfast. And most important thing it's not too far from Ciawi so less traffic.

Great hotel with clean rooms, nice swimming pool, gym, kids play area, and meeting rooms. There's also a wide selection of food during breakfast. However, it's pretty far from the main road so you better have your own transportation.

Nice hotel, great rooms, spacious and comfortable, nice view from the room (you can see either mountain or pool), friendly staffs also. The hotel is kid friendly, there are kids pool with slides, playgrounds with flying fox, slides, and small wall climbing, there is also kids club (quite small comparing with number of rooms provided)

Some small minus points are: water in the swimming pool seems to be heavily treated, it's very pain to the eyes. The kids club is too small conpared with many kids who stays at the hotel,

Hotel yang cocok untuk staycation bersama keluarga. Lebih baik keluar tol Ciawi daripada lewat Sèntul.

Pelayanan hotel baik, staf ramah, fasilitas lengkap, view indah.kolam renang ada 3,2 bisa untuk anak2 yang kolam renang dewasa dijaga dengan baik sehingga anak2 tidak diperkenankan masuk. Fasilitas untuk anak sangat lengkap, kids club, playground, sepeda, puas staycation disini, gak akan kekurangan aktifitas. Ada juga zumba setiap sabtu, Yoga, live music dll.

Kamar luas, bersih, bedding king koil, tempat tidur twin bed bisa join bed, Untuk kamar double bed 200x200. Balkon dengan view gunung sangat indah. Kamar executive tidak bisa request extra bed, extra bed hanya tersedia mulai kamar studio keatas.

Beda kamar Executive dan Deluxe, yaitu pemandangan dari kamar, untuk view gunung pilih executive, tapi pastikan lagi ditulis di note saat melakukan booking jika ingin kamar dengan view gunung.

Highly recommended Hotel in Ciawi!

Good place to have a vacation, especially when you have a family and kids. The temperature is not so cold just perfect.

Good food, for breakfast and dinner, good view, clean rooms and even provide flash light in every room.

Only 1 thing that concerns me that we could only check in on 2 PM, but around 4 or 5 PM I got an announcement slip under my door it is a copy message saying that the hotel policy that we have to check out on 12 next day prefer sooner bla bla bla.we only check in to the hotel for 2 or 3 hours but the hotel gave that kind of announcement rrarea annoyed me.on the next day I even got a phone call around 9 or 10 that saying I have to check out in couple of hours (again the hotel emphasis on check out).

But overall I am satisfied of my stay there.

Great place, clean air, clean room, good service and cool place, but everybody must to driving with their car coz their place far from street way. But it's become place for alone or your family

One of Hidden gem in Bogor. Enjoyed dinner with a view, good food, and music on Saturday. Overall, the variety of food, staffs, location, and services are excellent.

Very good view, perfect place if u play golf, nice ambience and clean. Nice food too. You can enjoy a bar with campfire at night. But it's far from taman safari, or taman bunga. But if u just want to rest. This hotel is perfect for you.
