For a hotel hoppers like me, room facilities for this one is a little bit overpriced. U can find similar hotel with lower price. But the BF was great!

Hotel was ok, the view was really good. The pool and kids playground were great. But the biggest downside was the access road. If u start from bogor or Sentul, u will be directed going thru small roads in the middle of forest n residences. Better take the route from pasir angin.

Very good hotel with modern tropical architecture. Very nice & helpful staff. Food is also good, especially the BBQ at Fire.

Great for family staycation. Do not follow gmaps direction (from sentul selatan).

One of the best hotel in puncak area although it is still in lowland. So the weather is not cold. The breakfast is good and have many variety. One of the hotel you must consider when visit puncak area but consider the price is quite high.

Hotel yang bersih dan bagus, cuma sayang pas kesana dpt view garden, lebih bagus yg view gunung, makanan enak dan kamar bersih

Hotelnya bagus sangat asri dan nyaman, tapi sayang letak kamar membingung tamu. Kalau pas kamar jauh dari lobby akan kesulitan apabila kunci tidak berfungsi dengan baik karena harus tamunya sendiri yang harus mengaktikan kuncinya kembali ke lobby. Makanannya sarapan pagi tidak enak.

Hidden gems in Sentul. Beautiful and quite place.the service is great and the meeting room & bedroom is really comfortable.but they like to change 1 of 3 coffee break menu that I'm ordered before the d-day event.

Very good hotel but not ready for full house guest. During bfast is the worst.lots of food are already empty and they dont refill it.dissapointed with the bfast staff
