I would fly a million miles for a Creme Bath with Ernie. Yes it gets busy! Book in advance or take what you can if you walk in.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? Visited Bodyworks today to make an appointment for a facial and the lady at the front said it is not possible to make an individual appointment, only in pairs. My fiance was with me so she proceeded to ask him if he was interested in getting a facial as well. When he declined, her response was "ok have a nice day! " Such lovely customer service.
Also the prices on their menu are different (much higher, of course) than those listed on their website.

I am extremely satisfied with the high technology that I can not get over the Japanese nail salon.

Have been going to Bodyworks for the past 8 years. Consistent service, hygienic work and the best cream-bath hair treatment in Bali. Can pop next door for cocktails after!

No customer service.it's like a market place they just churn through people. Just had a pedicure and it took less than half an hour. My lady was 15 minutes late as well. They said the pedicure would include a bit of a massage, but the lady massaged my feet for 2 minutes each. I wouldn't be so disgruntled but all the men sitting next to me were getting their feet scrubbed and massaged so well. They definitely favour men over women. When I went to pay the lady asked me how everything was and I said it was extremely fast and I wasn't very happy with the treatment. She looked at me and ignored my previous comments and asked me to pay. I told my husband who was standing next to me that I would just never go back. Still no response from the cashier.then I said I would just leave a bad review. She ignored everything I said even though she heard it very loud and clear, took my money and dismissed us. So here is my bad review.

Had a bio lifting facial and for almost 600 k i don't know what it exactly did because my skin looks and feels the same apart from waking up with new blemishes. The stuff are rude and cold. I was 5 minutes late and then had to wait another 5 minutes till someone took me in and then explained that because i was booked in at 1pm and it was 1.10 by the time i got into the room my treatment would be cut by 10minutes which is a joke. I woukd definately not go back for a facial.

Really impressed by the massage here, and liked the beautiful surroundings. The best I got on this trip out of Amo, Spring and an in-room one.

From the first moment when I entered bodyworks I could see and feel the love and professionality which is put into this very unique spa! I've never experienced an atmosphere like this before which invites you to leave your problems outside the door once you're welcomed at the reception full of beautiful smiling girls, where you can get a first impression of the wonderful morrocan style. The massage I chose was the 'mandi lulur' and my skin felt like a baby's bottom afterwards! The paste they used was gentle yet exfoliating followed with a yoghurt cover and my skin was left glowing and silky soft! The staff was lovely and the whole massage was provided perfectly. My personal highlight was the flower bath after the massage) Overall an amazing experience which I recommend to everybody seeking for a relaxing massage or even a super dynamic treatment - the result is always rewarding. No wonder it's so popular!

I got a facial, mani, pedi, and a massage. I have very sensitive skin and was quite worried about the facial. However, the seaweed facial felt great afterwards! The mani and pedi was ok, nothing spectacular. The massage was also good for its price.

Great experience for a couple. Beautiful stone rooms, amazing massage and a lovely bath after. Couldn't recommend more highly
