Beautiful place but the room is plain with loads of mosquitoes and the services are too expensive

Good place and nice atmosphere. Many peoples come for spa and take a photo. The staffs so friendly, nice massage and room.

Sungguh kecewa. Pelayanannya tidak baik. Saya yang tinggal jauh2 dtg dr Kintamani mau di massage karena liat tempatnya yg baik. Hanya karena terlambat 10 menit dikarenakan macet, reservasi sy dioper ke org lain begitu saja. Sungguh mengecewakan. Tempat yg baik tidak sejalan dgn pelayanannya yg jelek.

I have been to this place for a couple of time and so far was wonderful. This time, it felt very unwelcoming since the booking process. First the staff refuse to communicate via whatsapp, they will only communicate through whatsapp for payments. After deposit payments, they simply send a photo of the invoice with no thank you whatsoever. Fast forward 1 week, it was our appointment time and once we arrived things felt incredibly rushed, tense and stressful. Receptionist were packed with people who look like they work in wallstreet rather than a spa place. And they kept asking for payment first and not automatically reduce the bill with the initial deposit until I reminded them. Treatment was good, the therapist was skillful but felt rushed. The place has a mega upgrade on the outside but sadly a huge downgrade on the customer service.

Spa here with hubby and sis in law. Best experience in Bali. I tried Tension Release and Hot Stone. Its a must try!

Go 1 hour before your booked treatment to take photos of their interior. Very pink and very pretty. For spas, go for the traditional lulur. 80mins massage plus flower bath. For a super relaxing time, go for their hot stone message.

Very beautifully made spa! Its expensive comparatively but It’s the experience of the place you pay for. By the end you won’t be disappointed:)

They offered a unique 'back facial' treatment which extracts blackheads from your back and cleanses which is a positive. However, the price felt quite expensive and there was little information given regarding aftercare. The location was great though and the desk staff bent over backwards to try and fit us into a time slot.

Great place for spa! Massage is superb and enjoyable. The attendants are super friendly and proffesional. I tried their Blissfull Massage and it was awesome! Four hands massaging synchronizedly are just a great way for healing.

Their place and room has eccentric middle east vibe. Be ready to snap some Instagrambale pictures here. Totally recommend this place.

About $35 for 50 minutes massage,
the remaining 10 minutes is for your shower.
Had better massages elsewhere in Bali and Australia.
No aircon in waiting area or massage rooms.
Rooms have fan only.

I had an Balinese massage and a Aloe Vera facial. First I got the massage which was amazing and then the facial which was really good. My face looked so clean and smooth afterwards. Would definitely go again.

I have tried back massage for 60 minutes and I think it was wonderful experience. I felt refreshed, after getting the massage I could work, eat and sleep very well. I believe it is not only for refreshing, but as treatment to cure stress and exhausted feeling. No doubt to come back again to Bodyworks

I had facial, pedicure and haircut here. The treatments are good but service could really be improved I thought. Other places I tried in Bali (that are much cheaper too) always have a great customer service, you feel really special when you enter, they offer you some water or tea before or after the treatment. Here it felt a little like a factory. I was a bit disappointed in the pedicure as I really was expecting them to do a deep cleanse after the reading the description. But basically just had my feet soaked in water and the girl barely brushed my feet. I was also surprised to see that as opposed to other spa they were doing the pedicure on regular chairs rather than these super comfy massage chair. Oh well not bad but you can find better in Bali for that price I think

I came to Bodyworks as they had great reviews. This is the worst spa experience in Bali. They not only injured my knee I also had a severe allergic skin reaction to their massage oil. Thoroughly disgusted by their lack of skill and causing so much distress and injury!

I wish I could give more stars! I visited Bodyworks twice with my husband.

First time for a full body massage with the yoghurt and turmeric body exfoliation and it was the most relaxing experience I have had at a spa (and I have been to many!).

We were both in the same room, the masseuse both ensured there was enough pressure and that we were comfortable.

After a relaxing massage, the did the first body mask and wrapped us in the mask for what felt like maximum 10 minutes.

We were they wiped clean of the first body mask and then we were lathered up with yoghurt which after maximum 5 minutes was washed over.

We were then able to relax for 15 minutes in a petal bath.

The whole experience was amazing!

I went back for a blow dry and style with a foot massage. I dont usually trust people to style my hair as it can be quite difficult to manage but the stylist did an amazing job! My hair had beach waves that lasted me 3 days! (Could have been longer but I ended up washing it).

The foot massage was so relaxing and it extended up my leg.

Left feeling so relaxed and de-stressed. Really enjoyed the facial although I got mine without the extraction. Got exfoliation massage. By the end I felt boneless.

Loved it. I went a few times after the first massage was so good. Definitely best price / quality. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The staff is very skilled and friendly. The atmosphere is so calm and I came out completely relaxed. I also had a manicure and pedicure here and it stayed looking nice for such a long time.

Disappointing to be honest. Came because of the rave reviews, which I now do not believe are justified. I got a foot massage. I was quite surprised that we didn’t move into a quiet area after the foot bath but instead had the massage in a weird, bright open lobby where people were getting their hair cut. I had to endure a god-awful cover singer wailing from across the street. Not relaxing at all! And then at the end, the masseuse (who was otherwise pretty good) dunked my feet into cold water! Having just come from Bangkok, where for this price you get luxury treatment, I have to say I was quite let down won’t go back and I don’t recommend it.

Best spa in my opinion.

You do get what you pay for in life. With that said, their price are a little night but aren’t absurd. Masseuse are professional and well-trained.

Have done the couple massage with mandi luhur. What an experience! Been coming back since.

Highly recommended.
