I have very mixed feelings about Bodyworks Spa. From the front entrance when you enter into the building, it definitely has the 'wow' factor. I can certainly understand why photographers would book this space for photoshoots, it has a beautiful courtyard with pool area. Unfortunately, this is not used to its full potential for Spa customers. My Spa buddy and I had booked massages and were shown upstairs to a nicely decked out spa room. Unfortunately the room was so dark it was hard to see what was what. There was no space provided for clothing, handbags etc, and these were just placed on the side table on top of towels (that I assume) were to be used in the treatment. The massage itself, was very mediocre.definitely unlike any other massage that I have ever had. Whilst the massage was being done, all I could hear from the hallway was the spa girls talking on their microphone headsets. This was disruptive and inappropriate. Surely the girls could step away from the spa rooms to talk and communicate. When my massage girl finished on my body, she announced to me "that she was going to massage my head now". And woke me up to tell me this, and then proceeded to massage my head and neck area. This could have been pleasant, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the fact that the girl had a watch on and all I could hear was the ticking from her watch. When the massages were finished, my friend and I were told that the treatment had finished and that we could shower. There was only a bath and the lady told me that there was "hot" water in the bath, but if we wanted "cold" we would have to use the water in the bowl provided and ladel ourselves. The massage service was definitely rushed, the bath system difficult and the fact that the room was so dark, it made for an unpleasant experience. I did have a 'manicure' booked for after my massage. There was no instruction from the girls as to where to go, so we just headed downstairs and wandered around. At this point we were offered a 'Ginger' tea, which we did both decline. My manicure was ok, the young girl very pleasant. When paying for our services, the receptionist asked us whether we had had 'ginger' tea. It seems that in this Spa you are charged for a cup of tea. Surely the Spa could afford to extend themselves and serve their clients a cup of tea or water free of charge. This is the first time ever, that I have seen this charge applied in Spa businesses.
The reception area is a round desk where there were 5 receptionists sitting, with their big computer screens open, spreadsheets on view booking in the clients. Surely this could be done in an office somewhere out of sight, with one receptionist greeting you, instead of being faced with 'spreadsheets' on mass.
I definitely had the feeling of being 'just a number' in this establishment.
Overall, a pleasant enough place to visit, although if you really want to feel special, have an exceptional massage, then I would probably book elsewhere for a massage and that overall 'experience'. A very disappointing experience.

Tempatnya sureal banget, warnanya so cute dominan pink. Cantiiiikkk bangetttt. Waktu sy ksini ga ad org indo, semua turis dong. Yang dateng diratukan pokoknya sampe dimandiin segala. Kalau ambil paket yg double happiness bisa couple, itu ampir 3 jam, sekitar 2,5jt udah didiskon, book jauh2 hari via Email, jgn telat pokoknya, klo ga sayang waktu treatment kalian yg kepotong. Pijetannya enak tp berasa agak cepet mungkin karena ada lulur juga, facial juga jadi padat gitu waktunya, mandi kembangnya dikasih waktu 10 ap 15 menit, tapi overall puasss. Post treatment dikasih teh TWG bs pilih earl grey, darjeeling, moroccan mint, banyak deh dpt 1 teko mini sampe kembung.

I got to know of this spot from the multiple posts I saw from TikTok to Instagram. But after visiting the place, I quite understood the hype of the place.

The place IS visually stunning! It reminds me of the riads in Morocco except it’s all pink. The massages they had (I went twice) Balinese massage & Exfoliation massage were amazing. They come with a 10 minute showers each. The exfoliation massage came with a yoghurt mask and a rose petal soak which I would go for again if I’m back in Bali. The therapists are professional, friendly and warm. I thoroughly enjoyed my time.

The spa is not only for ladies, males are also welcome as they also cater massages for men too! Their prices reasonable for what they offer. They are very busy and are usually booked out for weeks in advance but it’s definitely possible to secure an appointment, you just have to accept the time they give.

Tip: show up at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment! They are quite strict with time management and your service will be cut short should you arrive late. I was about 8 minutes late, no thanks to the previous people infront of me trying to do a walk-in appointment, and they included that in my “late” arrival

Customer service however was not great….
My partner and I tried to take photos in the establishment earlier in the morning (when I had booked the appointment) and was told to stop and to come back to take pictures closer to my appointment time in the afternoon.
Not a big deal, but quite silly particularly due to how expensive everything is

An absolutely stunning spa, I was so happy with this experience. On our first visit they didn’t have availability to accomodate our entire group for massage (walk-ins) so I only had a foot massage. It was a good experience, the staff are lovely and it was so beautiful and a calming atmosphere. I had to come back! I booked in for an Exfoliation Massage + Facial.it’s definitely more than usual Bali prices, but not quite as high as Aussie spas.included a 1hr massage, full body exfoliation and mask + facial. Ended with a flower bath. I wonderful way to treat yourself in Seminyak, atmosphere was perfect, staff were so lovely and professional, very clean. Definitely worth it!

If you are looking for great spa experience, look no further! This place is packed with options.
All massage therapists are well trained and know what they are doing! Would 100% recommend if you are in Bali.

Hi bodyworks! Really upset for your services. Booking jam 4 sore hari minggu, gabisa di reschedule ke senin hehe. Katanya gabisa krn last minutes reschedule. Lucu ya. Org kalo gak mepet gak reschedule sih. Utk yg mau spa dsni pikirin traffic bali yah. Jangan sampai kaya aku udah group booking 10 org trs gabisa di reschedule. Ngerti sih dia rugi krn jd empty di jam 4 tapi konsumennya gak dipikirin sama sekali hehe. Intinya: booking di jam yg aman.

At first aku rekomendasikan ini ke org kantor. Tapi kalo gini aku gak akan rekomendasikan ke siapa2 lg. Ever. Book 2mgg sebelumnya, se effort itu hehe. By phone malam diminta ke email. Salut sm org2 yg dtg kesini sabarnya?

Very elegant spa with a picturesque lobby. We booked over the phone a week in advance and they sent us an email confirmation. Highly recommend booking in advance as they get booked up. They do not have WhatsApp to communicate like other spas.

We booked the couple massage with exfoliation and flower bath. The deep tissue massage we both received was really good. The masseuse we both had were very skilled and used proper techniques. It was really relaxing. The exfoliation made our skin so soft. After spending weeks in South East Asia, it was a great cleanse near the end of our trip. After that, we had yogurt spread on our bodies for hydration. Then, we rinsed and got into the flower bath.

The whole experience was really nice. However, we felt that it was a bit expensive.

A must visit when you’re in bali. Every treatment we had was spot on. The manicure and pedicure were one of the best I’ve had and the great service continued to a 70 minute massage which relief a stiff body from a very small seat on the flight over.

The staff members were communicative throughout and made sure that my partner and I were both comfortable. I felt like if I was going to offer one bit of feedback is the booking process should be much easier. There are so many online booking platforms for spas, massages etc that I find having to call up and exchange phone numbers / email addresses is added work for both sides that shouldn’t exist in this day and age. Hopefully it’s something the venue can consider.

Only had time for reflexology- will definitely come back for full body massage, the only thing that needs some improvement is the sign.
I can barely see the spa sign and parking space sign coz I went there at night.

Came for a mum + daughter manicure session and drinks. Folks were friendly, and helpful. They helped us take pictures

We got the double happiness package for 2 million rp total, ~3 hours. Everything from the massage to the exfoliation and rose bath was incredible. Had a facial included as well with extraction, the treatment was well done and all the oils smelled amazing. Only 4 stars because I have a fractured foot and told the massage lady to avoid the area, and marked it on their body assessment sheet too. But she forgot and started massaging my foot and guess what, I screamed of pain.

Great place, accommodating staff, higher end establishment worth every penny, love the privacy, ambience and my masseuse (Ririn) was AMAZING.looking forward to coming back. (For weekends services, make sure you book by Wednesday at the latest because they tend to be full)

Baik sekali. Namun ditegur untuk tidak foto sebelum belanja atau treatment itu sedikit awkward. Tp mungkin sdh aturanya jd gpp. Apakah biasanya ada ya orang datang cuma foto tanpa belanja atau tretment?

Good place to massage your body. Great architecture and services, you can come earlier to take a picture before your appointment
