46 Mistake made (we booked and paid in advance) but couldn't be found in system apon arriving so got given a make do room with single beds then once mistake was rectified our original room wasn't available.
Apart from that the place is comfortable
The staff are so friendly and helpful the resort is the best dverything you can possibly need is here I love it
Calm and relaxing ambience, good location by the Kuta beach, 2 big pools, friendly staff, perfect for honeymoon. Double confirm bed preferences with hotel before going. I booked king size double bed but they gave me twin share single beds.
Nice clean hotel. Free good Wi Fi, very friendly Staff. Basic nice open buffet breakfast, with a far sea view from the restaurant.provides Halal food for muslims. Close to any facility needed. Very friendly staff. Would use it again if I came back to kuta.
A superb service. However the room and building start to show worn out. A renovation is needed. The staff and the service is the gem of this hotel
Great location on the beach esplanade. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are very comfortable but a little dark. Several pools to use as well as private plunge pool for each luxury suite if you afford the room. Restaurant is nice.
