Nonexistent cleaning, the real problem is that the cleaning staff instead of devoting themselves to the room cleaning thinks it can steal customers.

Most of their employees are bad. Slow response and sometimes their housekeepers stole snacks and drinks from your room. It happens to many rooms, not only me. I lost my laundry 3 times. This hotel is nearby the beach, so there are many small cockroach, but usually they might be in old room only. Smoking area is everywhere, smoke everywhere like hell. WiFi is pretty damn slow. Hopefully they will improve this hotel soon.
