Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel

Sempat mengikuti konferensi disini, staf sangat ramah dan responsif mengarahkan ke lokasi konferensi. Dua jempol deh untuk makanan yg disajikan selama konferensi, mantap bgt. Meski belum sempat menginap disini, tapi kebersihan di area konferensi termasuk toiletnya memang bernilai plus.

Lokasinya sangat strategis karena satu kompleks dengan office tower, mall dan apartemen.mau ke arah senayan atau pun pondok indah juga dekat

Luxurious atmosphere, with delicious food. The Ballroom is located on the 3rd floor, there is vehicle access directly to the back door of the ballroom making it easy to drop equipments and other properties.

Hotelnya sih lumayan mewah. Tapi toiletnya cuman sekelas hotel bintang 5 zaman dulu.

Harusnya zaman now udah serba otomatis dong seperti hotel di jepang.

Hotel yang fasilitasnya bagus banget dan parkirannya juga mudah banget buat di cari, harga juga sesuai banget sama fasilitas yang disediainnya cocok banget buat nginep bareng keluarga atau temen temen.deket juga sama banyak pusat perbelanjaan terutama gandaria city.arsitekturnya juga mewah dan keren banget gak bikin jenuhhh.fasilitas liftnya juga banyak.

Stay for business purpose, excellence hotel. Crews are helpful and fast response for any issue. Hotel location attached with Gandaria City Mall, just one jump ahead to reach food meal an premium stuffs.

Salah satu hotel bintang 5 yang ada di kawasan jakarta selatan. Hotel in nyambung sama Mall Gandaria City. Jadi klo kalian nginep disini gak perlu khawtir sama perut laper or everthing you want. Didpanya pun ada berbagai pedagang kaki lima

Great place to conduct or attend a seminar/workshop. Depending on the number of participants. The AC could be to cold for you. Better to bring a sweater/hoodie/blazer for your convenience.

The food catering serves delicious food and the stewards are helpful. The toilet rooms provide seclusion and very comfortable.

The lift is also working fine and fast. The hotel is connected to the mall providing a convenient access to/from the mall.

Oh my gosh! How can I ever stay anywhere else and not compare it to the amazing service at the Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel? As an spg platinum, I had access to the club lounge, which had such amazing service that made me feel so at home that I was very sad checking out of the hotel. I stayed at the hotel for two weeks for work, check in was a breeze at the club lounge and breakfast was great at the lounge as well. The big breakfast buffet in the restaurant was a little too much for me in the morning. I enjoyed my quote and peace at the club lounge for breakfast, happy hourC and any time I need any help whether it is arranging a car or settle my bill early or find some place to do laundry. The service has been amazing from all the staff at the club lounge. The room was beautiful and the view is spectacular. Plus the location is superb where you have endless dining options (and I mean endless because there’s gotta be over 100+ options) at the Mall connected to the hotel. The hotel is secure and convenient. There are hair salons, nail salons, day spas, places to fix your shoes and bags right inside the mall. If I ever move it Jakarta I think I will just move into the Sheraton Grand. Thank you for the wonderful service! I stay at a lot of spg and Marriott hotels and it is going to be very hard to beat the Sheraton Grand!

This is the first time for me and my family tried the buffet in the sheraton grand. We really enjoyed the ambience and definetely the food. There are so many variation of food and mostly our favourite foods. We have recommended this buffet to our other friends. We also have a plan to celebrate our daughter's sweet 17 over there.
Hope they still do the promotion.

Good hospitality. Semua pegawai ramah. Plusnya sebelahan dengan mall jadi gampang untuk shopping/cari makan.
