Consistency is what marks this hotel experience. I am remembered by name every time I stay here. Service is always excellent with the staff going above and beyond. Fantastic hotel for both business and leisure. Lastly, special shout-out to the Anigre restaurant staff; you are a stand-out crew of people.

It is very convenient as it is connected to Gandria City Mall. For breakfast, panini sandwiches are also made it right now. However, there is a road and a large mosque right in front of the hotel, so it is noisy at dawn.
But everyone was friendly and the service was good.

Beautiful design and cozy restaurant, but the food were quite standard for 5 star hotel. Since we eat using promo program so it was quite fair for the quality and price.

When I had buffet lunch, I should always ask for a sashimi. It looked they were not willing to give sashimi to customers.

Hotel yang terletak di kawasan tang strategis di gandaria. Dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan yaitu gandaria city dan bisa langsung ke gandaria city tanpa perlu keluar dari gedung. Waktu itu ke sheraton dalam rangka menghadiri acara jazz festival, menu makanan enak dan bervariasi. Paling suka menu coconut jelly yang disajikan dalam batok kelapa dan disajikan dengan ice cream

This is actually one of my favorite gotels in Asia. It is very modern with a nice pool area and direct access toa mall. The staff is extremetfriendly, helpful and capable. The keckin process for a platinum member was excellent. The food at breakfast and in the lounge is fabulous. The views are gorgeous. The only down point is that the hitel is a bit far from the city center

A luxury hotel in the center part of the city. Been there to attend a seminar, and the venue itself is nice, with good interior and very nice attendants. The taste of the food is also very good. What's more is the hotel stands next to the Gandaria City shopping mall. Overall, the hotel has a satisfying service.

I always visit here in their ballroom when there are events. Love the ambience of the hotel, and I really like their toilet arrangement and decoration.
