I've been to this place a few times, and the food quality has always been consistently good. The salmon tasted exceptionally fresh and soft. The smoked duck sashimi also had a very addictive smokey flavour, bursting with umami as soon as I took a bite. The matcha ogura kakigori was not excessively sweet, allowing me to taste the matcha’s natural slightly bitter flavor. Despite the food being delicious, they are not cheap, as this place is more of a fine dining Japanese fusion restaurant than your typical conveyor belt sushi bar. I would say that you need at least 200k to have a full course meal, with most a la carte dishes costing 30k or more. The restaurant had a calming ambience, with the staff being very attentive throughout the meal, always refilling my ocha and picking up my empty plates. My only complaint was that one of the waitresses had a cold attitude when taking our orders and looked very unwelcoming. Other than that, I had a great dining experience.

Food taste doesn’t reflect the price. Crew behavior, especially the Cashier Lady was so bad. She showed the real racists people are existing. Sorry not sorry I shared all this experiences thru my social media. People are read, you need to justify this matter above management. Brief the crew, treat all your customers well and feel home. I came to Nam Restaurant with friends, then ordered some food from the menu. After the food came, we found the chicken was still red and not cooked. We called the staff and said that the chicken was still red. Then he brought the food, not long after that their manager came and in a rude tone said that their chicken was fine and that's how it was. We were confused and surprised, then tried to explain that one of our friends is pregnant, so could you please make the meat more cooked. Then she said if it was made again it would be like that again. And, it's better to cancel it. It's my first and last time eating here:) Unfortunately we didn't have time to take pictures of the food

Recommended buat pelayanan, menu, lokasi, harga dan cocok Buat menjamu tamu, kolega, keluarga.

Good taste but not calue for money. With above average price, they should give more portion. And serve water and dont sell high range water 35k per bottle. Considering the value of meal to price, maybe not worth it. Can be improved

First time cobain makan di sini.karena jarang maen sampai PIK.

Dan ternyata di mall ini banyak banget tempat makan menarik… dan salah satu nya NAM ini…

Overall this resto makanannya enak sih… plus suka sama suasana resto nya. Kemarin kita lunch pas weekdays dan ini cukup ramai during lunch time.

Kalau dari semua yg kita order itu makanan yg menarik itu fried rice and chicken ini enak sih.
Kalau untuk soun, kemarin soun nya agak kematangan jadi rasanya sedikit kurang
Untuk ikan nya.wow ini enak sih asem asem seger cocok banget buat bikin mata melek pas lagi ngantuk!

Authentic thai flavour in Jakarta. Went there 2 days in a row one for dine in and the next day for take away. Is that good. This review is purely base on taste only. Ordered for dine in: grill pork, grill beef, and mango salad with chili and lime. Ordered for take away: pineapple fried rice and prawn glass noodle.

So disappointed with the food. Order grilled pork come out still rare. Complained n still get the same dishes n cold.
Order pork basil but no basil. Only taste of chilli n the meat still crumple n rare

Thai resto dengan service terburuk!

Tanggal 2 mei 2022 ketika hari lebaran, sekitar pukul 19: 00 saya makan di nam thai pik avenue dengan pasangan saya. Ketika masuk resto awalnya masih baik2. Dan ditawarkan 2 posisi meja. Yg pertama meja kotak ada 2 meja di tengah, atau 1 meja bulat di pinggir. Ya pasti saya pilih yg kotak karena lebih luas. Kondisi resto sekitar 60-70% cust nya. Jadi gak full2 banget. Dan mungkin ini jadi resto cadangan karena yg resto lain di pik avenue sudah full. Ketika saya dan pasangan pilih makanan tiba2 manager nya dtg ke saya untuk minta saya pindah ke meja pinggir karena meja kotak itu mau digabung karena ada tamu yg sekeluarga sekitar 6-8 org dengan suster nya. Saya masih yasuda pindah aja, kasian tamu nya gak dapet meja. Dan diawal itu saya pilih meja itu juga karena ditawarkan oleh waiter nya waktu pertama x dtg bukan saya minta. Nah setelah pindah saya mau order makanan, kondisi resto tinggal 60% kapasitasnya. Tp susah banget untuk panggil waiternya. Kaya kewalahan dengan kondisi cust 60%. Tp pada akhirnya saya sudah order makanan. Saya tunggu 30 menit lebih makanan saya belum dtg. Tapi tamu yg rame2 itu yg dtg belakangan dan duduk di meja yg sebelum nya saya dudukin makanan nya udh dtg semua. WAH LUAR BIASA! PILIH KASIH SEKALI MANAGER RESTO NAM THAI PIK AVENUE MENTANG2 SAYA HANYA DATANG BERDUA. BENER SANGAT MENGECEWAKAN. SUDAH BERANI SURU CUST PINDAH MEJA TP ORDERAN TIDAK DIPRIORITASKAN

Rasa makanannya overall authentic thai walaupun ada yang lebih enak menurut aku, yang recommended disini gang panang curry (beef), som tam (spicy papaya salad) & ayuttaya moo thai boat noodles. Goong Hom Sabai (deep fried shrimp rolls) nya oke. Thai ice milk tea nya enak ga terlalu manis & banyak es batu jadi selalu dingin.

Udang di tom yam goong nya kurang fresh, long beans with crispy pork kurang mateng kacang panjangnya masih berasa agak mentah.

Yang kurang disini adalah etika nya. Pertama, kalau ada yang habis apa-apa kasih tau nya setelah kita udah lama nunggu. Alhasil lama lagi keluar makanannya. Ke-2, makanan masih ada dimeja langsung diangkat aja sm mba nya. Minuman pun sama, belum habis udah diangkat. Harusnya TANYA, kita sebagai pembeli membayar semua yang kita pesan jadi mau kita apakan itu makanan & minuman harus ditanya. Makanan dimeja masih ada yang setengah porsi, ada yang setengah kurang sudah diangkat. Lebih parahnya lagi mba nya dateng tanpa ngomong apa2 langsung diangkat semua. Walaupun kita keliatannya lagi santai ngobrol2 mungkin kita memang mau istirahat dulu baru lanjut makan lagi, atau mau dibungkus makanannya, ga ada yang tau. Jadi better tanya.

Agak terganggu dengan 2 hal ini. Mohon diperbaiki.

Food does not really reflect the price, service is quite bad. They served the dessert earlier than the main course. We have to wait long enough to pay.

Pad thainya basah, saus pedas manisnya trll banyak, pudding thai seperti agar2 padat biasa, ga spt pudding yang harusnya lembut. Tom yumnya super asem, kebanyakan cuka, bukan jeruk nipis. Maaf yah, smoga bs diperbaiki dengan cita rasa Thailand yang lebih baik

Dalam PIK Avenue di lantai dasar, resto nya ada indoor & outdoor. Menu yg biasa dicari Tom yang & nasi goreng nanas (karena resto Thai, na ma yang tertera nama Thai, tinggal lihat gambar saja, atau tanyakan ke petugasnya) secara keseluruhan, makanannya enak. Kangkung terasinya juga enak.

Terletak di lantai dasar pik avenue.pelayanan ramah dan cepat.makanan enak.marinated pork cheek nya enakkk.

Enjoyed the meal. Most of the dishes were excellent. There was one starter dish, the prawns wrapped in filo pastry, I will not be ordering that next time. Seemed like an after thought they are tiny compared to the prawns served on the pineapple rice. Probably straight from freezer, to plate.

Most annoying but funny, was sitting at the back of the restaurant, when they open the door to the outside world,   which is about every 2 minutes, typhoon strong winds rip across the table. We moved tables, then watched other people sit down at the same table and receive the free typhoon simulation.   One older Chinese lady almost had her hair blown away, it was very funny, especially as you know they will not complain.

I like the food here, seating is a little uncomfortable, tables feel a bit sticky, it's windy in part of the restaurant when the door is open and most of the food is good.
