VOUK Hotel & Suites Bali 5 star Hotel

Bangunanya lumayan keliatam usang, kesini cuma makan ke restorannya naman "rasa" pesen nasi goreng dan rasanya lumayan, untuk room ngk bisa review karena ngk nginep.

Big swimming pool, spacious room, super friendly staff. We were there during c19 pandemic and not many guests found, yet they maintain the area still clean and well function.

Food in Rasa Restaurant need to be upgraded in taste and variety. The entrance is rather high and provided with high stairs-level, not suitable for pregnant lady, need to use other lobby.

Tempatnya sangat bersih, terawat, sangat nyaman untuk honeymoon ataupun menghabiskan waktu bersama kelurga, untuk harga sangat terjangkau. Overall its OK

We are so glad to spend our Valentine celebration here. Begin with winning their valentine romantic dinner giveaway, we decide to spend a night here also.
Greeted by their warmest welcome, we already feel at home since the first time we arrived. We stay at Deluxe luxury room.it is so spacious and decorated beautifully by their housekeeping staff. Our valentine dinner was also amazing and memorable. Their course was also delicious as well as their breakfast. However, we feel a little bit annoyed by smokers at their restaurant since they dont have separated room for them.
Our kid enjoyed the kids & game room so much. And the pool is also great.
In short, we are really happy and satisfied to stay here even we extend for another night.
Special thanks to Mrs.rina for helping our reservation and Mr. Yudi from Housekeeping for accompany & help us during our stay there. Also for all the staffs that have beeb very friendly and helpful for us.

Good services, good place to take your family and help full staff. The hotel has accesible room for wheelchair user. For wheelchair user the entrance will be go to lobby at the basement

We stay in this hotel as a group for a two days workshop and have some minor issues. Its not about the issues but how they handle it. The hotel staff can managed it very well.well done!

Kamarnya bagus dan bersih. Pelayannya ramah. Makanannya enak. Tapi sayang nggak sempat mandi di kolam renangnya, padahal bagus banget. Yaa maklum sih, kesana bukan buat liburan tapi buat kerja haha. Rada risih dengan kamar mandinya, kalau mandi saluran keluar airnya rada mampet, jadi airnya menggenang di kaki. Tapi secara keseluruhan nggak ada yang kurang. Ah iya, gym-nya sepi

A beautiful hotel, natural, nice pool inside, big room with balcony outside the room, tasty & various food.

Hotelnya bagus.bersih.kamarnya juga bagus.kolam renangnya apa lagi.

Tapi lokasiny gak d tengah kota.jd klo mau kemana2 agak jauh.

Vouk Hotel Bali
I have booked another hotel to celebrate my birthday. However that hotel was really sucks.
On my way to find out other hotel, I passed by Vouk Bali and decided to overnight after had inspection.
They offered rate higher than OTA and can't make the same. They suggested to book directly to OTA (?) Quite strange but hey!
They upgrade the room to the next category.
They have kids club and games room for PS4.
Pool was big and ambience was great.
Staff was great.
The funny thing when I had breakfast, my used cutlery was taken by one of the guest, while my family was sitting on the table.
Staff was friendly.
Sure will be back someday.

Good place for stay with family. Not far from Geger Beach and near from Mulia Hotel. Romantic place. Nice too for honeymoon.

Arsitekturnya keren, bersih, dan staffnya sangat ramah terutama bapak* security nya. Paling suka resto Rempah yang punya menu Congklak yg rasanya amazing, semoga sukses selalu:)

Hotel Bintang 5 di kawasan Nusa Dua Selatan, dengan fasilitas mewah. Lokasi yang strategis b di Nusa Dua.

Nice hotel, with swimming pool in between rooms building. But if u look for Nusa Dua beach, have to walk at least 800 m across the road.

When it comes to choosing a hotel in Nasa Dua. I was told it is for the upscale market for tourist or staycation resort for local who wanted a break.

Full acomodation. Maybe dont have private beach but you can the beach view from their sea view terrace

Our room smelled like sewer, asked the housekeeping to fix it, not fixed at all. Already Complained to front office. For a hotel that advertises 5 star, amenities was horible, couldn't even use the shaver. Come on! How much does it cost to improve the amenities. Variety of food on breakfast was good but all very average tasting. Been there done that kinda hotel. Also check in time was long, staff looked confused. Front office staff were not answering pelasently when asked a question. Kinda disappointed with the 5 star name that attached to the hotel name. Housekeeping staff were very polite, wished all the staff would behave like the housekeeping staff. Been reading all the good review here, but upon arriving quite disappointed. I hope they improve
