VOUK Hotel & Suites Bali 5 star Hotel

Spacious & quiet room with balcony.
The vibe is a little old (didn't "feel" like a 5star hotel) but everything functioned well, fair for the rate.
Parking is available, easy access.

Breakfast needs improvement for the taste in general, especially for bubur and kue basah/dessert

Hotelnya cukup besar dan well designed. Kamarnya juga besar, nyaman, dan cukup lux. Tersedia pula balkon yang cukup besar dan kursi dipan yang lumayan besar untuk ngaso/nongkrong di balkon. Kamar mandi di dalam kamar juga terkesan cukup mewah.

Pelayanan overall cukup baik. Lokasinya sebrang Mulia Nusadua. Tapi memang lokasinya agak jauh dari pusat peradaban Bali di Kuta, Canggu, Seminyak, dan sekitarnya. Cocok buat yang memang mau mencari kedamaian jauh dari hiruk-pikuk kesibukan kota.

Hotel yang besar dengan swimming pool yang besar juga, hotel lama namun masih nyaman.
Akses menuju lobby melalui anak tangga yang cukup banyak, staff hotel ramah dan sangat membantu.
Sarapan barvariasi, untuk rasa cukup enak, resto tidak terlalu luas dan agak gelap.

Vouk is a great hotel for the price you pay. I definitely wouldn’t call it a 5 star though. The resort is in need of renovation. Our room was well sized and spacious but run down. Location is ok - Nusa Dua isn’t very walkable and we ended up taking a taxi almost everywhere. The free shuttle to the beach was great! Service was also really good. The staff were always very kind. I would come again for the low price

The location is good. Their room is perfect except the balcony! Size of their rooms is spacious but the balcon need to renovation. The fence at the front of rooms is scary! Please repair that.
Food is tasty. Staff work well.

Sbnernya hotelnya lumayan bagus.cm stafnya aja kurang byk.td saat check out, front liner lg memegang hp dan kita disuru menunggu, house keeping atau yg nyapu2 di sekitar kolam di tnya handuk renang dmn, malah bingung dan blg ga tw.untung tamu yg lain blg dmn tmpat handuknya.trs saat bf menu lumayan bervariasi tp pelayan sedikit.mgkin byk yg cuti lebaran.kids club tdk ada yg jaga dan sunyi.anak saya sampai takut, oke sekian review dr saya.semoga kedepnnya bisa lebih baik.

Had a very great stay at this hotel. Room is spacious and clean, food was great especially in their Rempah restaurant. Close to Pantai Geger and Canna resto also my plus one. Will definitely return and recommend to my family and friends.

Stayed here for 3 nights and everything almost went well. The room is spacious, all staffs are super friendly, and the view is good. My lil complain goes to wifi (it’s very slow especially at bar). 2 tips if you want to stay here: 1) They can pick/usher you for free (as long as your location is at Nusa Dua), and 2) Sometimes there’s a monkey around the hotel at afternoon so keep your stuff safe.

Blended with nature, close to the beach, foods are just fine, wifi on the basement was not really good, but always nice people

Kamar luas, bersih dan nyaman. Setiap kamar sudah di lengkapi IPTV. Rasa Restaurant menunya enak. Rempah Indonesian Restaurant penyajian makanannya sangat unik. Kalau malam nongkrong di seaview terrace sangat menyenangkan. Wifi accessnya kencang.

Hotel bintang lima, kelihatan dari luar kecil ternyata begitu masuk luaass sekali dan ketersediaan kamar juga banyak.mulai ramai pengunjung kembali, semoga covid benar-benar sudah pulang ke kampungnya

Stay here for 10 day and it was great. The pool is amazing, the buffet breakfast also great and the dinner at the bar were good and not to expensive. The staff is very good and look after me do well, good jobs guys and girls

The rooms are comfortable, hot water works well, complete facilities, but the food is less variety.

Hotel yang tenang dan lumayan dekat ke pantai (geger beach). Kamar bagus dan bersih serta luas.

A nice placed hotel but one problem: Since COVID-19, the hotel almost have 0 people staying there.

Hotel sangat bagus tapi saya kecewa sama staf chep security ya yang ngajak istri orang di kamar sebelah sangat kecewa banget and buat management tolong di perbaharui stafnya

Cocok bgt kalau mau liburan bareng keluarga, kolamnya luas, kamarnya jg, luas dan bersih, makanannya enak

The rooms was great, swimming pool also big. But the surrounding some looks aging and need maintenance. Maybe cause this was a big hotel but in pandemic periode not many guest staying here. But the staff was very helpful and this the plus points for me.
