Villa dengan private pool. Lantai 1 ruang bersama dan lantai 2 kamar, jadi kalo ada tamu datang, bisa dijamu di lantai 1. Kolam renangnya nggak dalam, tapi kalo bawa anak2 tetap diperhatikan (150cm kurang lebih dalamnya).

Di kamar mandi ada bathtub jacuzzi, jadi bisa berendam nyaman di sini.

Sarapannya enak dan stafnya ramah2 semua.

Ada kulkas dan kompor, tapi nggal ada panci/alat masak. Ada kopi, teh, dan teko elektrik seperti hotel pada umumnya.

Hanya saja untuk yang bawa mobil, parkirannya kecil.

Highly recommended dan pengen balik ke sini lagi!

Kami bertiga (cewe2) booking 1 kamar utk bobok2 cantik aja quality time, kt resepsionist cuma boleh 2 org di kamar dan lg satu di katagorikan sbg tamu dan harus kasi KTP yg saat check out bru boleh d ambil. Agak ribet sih menurut saya dan kurang fleksibel sm tamu kecuali kami booking 1 kamar utk berlima y wajat lah.

Villa nya ok so far, vibesnya homey ya karena modelnya tingkat 2 kaya rumah. Semua fasilitas lengkap except kompor yang gada gasnya terus disini kaynya emang ada jam untuk staff bersih2 ya setiap pagi bukan saat kita pergi keluar jadi walau tamu masih di dalam villa staff nya tetep ngebersihin but is not a big deal.

When you arrived in the lobby & Walk down to your Villa, You can see Lots Trees and Natural vibes around the Villa area.he place is very strategic & comfortable atmosphere in the heart of Petitenget street in Seminyak Area. Next to one of the top Restaurant in Bali SiJin (is 5 star Restaurant) ; You will be escorted using a buggy for free to your Villa.

The Villa for me is just Pleasant, not have the “Wow” Factor as you can see in every pictures in booking apps and perhaps in my point of view, are lack of maintenance (perhaps because the impact of COVID 19 in Bali). Fridge a little bit smelly and the bath-up is need a little bit maintenance. They just have 6 channel in your Villa TV entertainment, I suggest you bring your own DVD or External Hard Disk for your entertainment during your stay in the Villa. There is a Stove for you to cook your own meal, but you have to call reception to fill the Stove with gas.

The Bedroom is quite Big, Spacious and Comfortable during stay and the service from the reception to cleaning service are good.

Hidden gem for a BnB getaway in rural Bali. Location was in the middle of a rice field. Price was worth the ambience, food and service they provided. Room was clean and neat, though the angle from the bathroom to the balcony may be a bit off since ppl from across the balcony may be able to see through the glass door. Overall, great experience.

Petugasnya ramah, villanya bagus dan bersih, ada pool privatenya dgn ketinggian 1,5 m, resto buka saat sarapan, tamu diantar pake buggy for free, tapi syg lahan parkirnya terbatas.

Bagus villanya dan murah. Tapi berenang mesti turun k lantai bawah.klo anak2 bsa dikontrol si aman.

This two & half storey villa located in Seminyak and near many famous cafes & restaurants. Very nice villa with swimming pool inside, an equipped kitchen set, a spacious bedroom also a nice bathroom with 2 big washtafels and a jacuzzi hot bathtub. You are goona like it! The minus only that the TV connection was so bad. Although there is a DVD player but we didnt bring any DVD to watch. But I had good times and satisfying staycation in this villa.

Tempatnya strategis dari kawasan Petitenget Badung Bali.
Pelayanannya ramah.
Makanannya enak.
Saya menginap disini kurang lebih hampir seminggu.

*saran:
Siaran TV nya mungkin bisa lebih bervariasi, sudah request ke FO utk ganti channel lokal saja tidak perlu channel luar negeri tp dibilang tidak bisa. (Channel yg tersedia saat menginap channel dgn bahasa rusia, channel music china) yang dimana saya tidak mengerti tayangan tersebut.

Petugas/security/pihak vila agar lebih sering mengecek/menegur tamu (biasanya tamu grup) yang ribut di malam hari, karena mengganggu kenyamanan tamu yang lain.

Dikasih Suprise hotel disini. Bener-bener villa yg ada kolam renang pribadinya.
Sekamar itu ada dua lantai, lantai bawah ruang TV, ada kompor buat masak, ada kulkas juga disediakan piring, sendok, garpu, cangkir. Turun di bawah sedikit itu kolam renang privat yg lumayan besar buat mau renang kapan pun.
Lantai atasnya ada kamar tidur yg besar, kemudian ada kamar mandi. Ada bath up, wastafel di kamar mandi juga ada dua jadi tidak perlu rebutan. Ada hari dryernya juga di dalam kamar.
Menyenangkan sekali bisa menginap di villa ini. Mau bawa keluarga atau mau buat bulan madu juga bisa.

Tempat menginap yang cocok untuk keluarga maupun berdua, lokasi yang mudah di jangkau, dekat dengan pantai Petitenget.nyaman tidak bising, pelayanan yang memuaskan.direkomendasikan untuk anda yang mau berlibur di Bali.

Tidak ada kompensasi atau solusi, AC saya tiba2 mati pas subuh- pagi, tidak ada staff yg membantu. Solusi dri villa hanya mau diperbaiki, mslhnya kalau perbaiki nya mulai dari jam 9, saya uda check out jam 12. Buat apa? Kolam renang jg kotor sekali, airnya berminyak.

Good service. The villa is great. Good location. Just towels need to be newer.
Pool slightly cold.

I went here for my 1st marriage anniversary and loved everything about it, like food, staff, spa anything you name it you get it. Thanq VILLA Kayu Raja.

Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable but the pool was cold and the breakfast wasn't good. The shuttle prices from the hotel to the airport and vice versa were quite high, I'd recommend using go jek.

Very poor service, incredibly disappointing. Unwilling to deal with complaints. Will not deal with them again.

Stuff were very helpful. They try to help whenever they can. The location of the villa is near a lot of restaurant only a short walk away. Dont worry about hiring a cab. The security guard will help you with it. Grab easily access too. The pictures you see online is exactly what you get.

Amazing resort to stay in with your family or friends. Very spacious and looks the same as the photos which you see online.
Need to improve on the breakfast. Otherwise one of the best resorts to stay.

This was a average place, no tanning area, staff don’t speak much English when you’re trying to book a meal. Good thing was the cleaners where nice and proper.
Terrible venue overall made cheap, I’ve stayed in Bali 5 times and this takes the cake for the worst. Sorry guys but it was a horrible experience and I’d never come back.
1 week and one day In I caught a bug in my stomach and I only had eaten from the villa that day.
