Villa Kayu Raja

Great place to stay, the room is beautiful with an open air living room looking over the private pool. Pool temperature was perfect, aircon upstairs in the bedroom was great. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed for two nights which was the perfect amount before travelling elsewhere. Note these villas are not accessibly friendly, there are steps to come into the hotel, a staircase to the bedroom and steps to the pool.

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was amazing! Staff were very friendly. Would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be staying again when we come back.

I cannot recommend Kayu Raja any more!
Not only were the rooms stunning and comfortable, the staff who worked there were incredibly kind and accommodating.
Unfortunately while exploring while out one day, we had a motor accident and suffered quite significant injuries. The staff from Kayu Raja did not once hesitate in coming to our assistance and even drove us to the doctor and police station. They then continued checking in on us and went above and beyond to help in any way they could.
It would be an absolute delight to come back to Seminyak and stay here again.

It's such a lovely villa with a private pool. We stayed here for 4 nights, and it was amazing. The staff are wonderful and the villas are so close to everything. Highly recommend if you want something quiet but in the heart of Semiyak close to all the hustle and bustle.

One of the best resort/hotel experience you can have. Great villa with a nice pool. Service was great, no complaints there. Food is good too, especially breakfast.

The staff is so amazing but the villa is old and so poorly maintained.blinds are broken, light in the backyards are broken, shower head is broken, the backyard is nasty, the outdoor bed mattress is dirty. And the couch is probably the least confortable thing I've ever tried.so you have Netflix to watch but you can't ever get confortable. Stove is not working, anyways there is no pots and pans. Water and pringles available for expensive price of 30k.

And the breakfast is so expensive and not very good, it's non tasty sliced bread, cereals and overcooked eggs. Or you can order some classic indonesian meals but they are bland.

The place has a lot of potential and the employees are so sweet and helpful but it's very poorly maintained. Not the dream villa you think it is.

What a great experience. I spent 2nights here, and was satisfied with the service. Nice people and so helpful. And for breakfast, were so good. Balinese fried rice was my favorite. Love it! Surely we will be back and recommend it to our relations.

We stayed here for three nights and it did not meet our expectations being a four star villa. Firstly, at first they said we had breakfast included and then when we showed up they said we didn’t. Secondly, the pictures of the villas show the sun coming down all the way to the pool and benches but the sun only reaches the pool in the end and only stays between ca 11-14 (we were here in January ca 31 degrees). Thirdly, the downstairs part of the villa is just open so insects and animals can easily get in and if you have food (since there’s a little kitchen area) it’s not the best. Fourth, they advertised a fitness center as a part of the villa but there is none.
Other than that it was nice having a place to cook (even though we had to ask and wait for them to instill the gas), and the staff were always very polite and ready to help with what they could. Nevertheless I wish I’d picked another villa for the amount of money I paid.

lantai 1, ruang tamu dengan view kolam renang dan juga dapur, jika mau masak bisa minta peralatan masak pada staff villa, sofa dan bantal pada ruang tamu, bau jamur, kolam tidak benar-benar bersih karena air agak keruh

Lt 2, kamar tidur, ruangan besar, furniture serba kayu, jendela tidak kedap suara, bisa dengar tetangga sebelah nyalakan musik atau teriak atau bicara, dan juga 1 kamar mandi dengan bathtube dan shower, ada hair dryer, dan ada pintu untuk ke lantai 3,

Lt 3 luas, taman kecil bisa untuk santai berjemur atau mungkin BBQ

sepertinya villa ini kurang perawatan yang detail seperti noda pada kaca dikamar terlihat usang, jamur pada kursi kayu, sofa dan bantal sofa bau, jendela dekat pintu sangat besar celahnya, bisa dengar jelas suara dari luar, dan hanya ada 1 kamar mandi dilantai 2,

kami stay disini selama 6 malam dan juga terganggu dengan suara dari kamar yang lain seorang pasangan yang argument dan musik dengan suara keras di jam 10 malam.foto tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi, Security, receptionist, restaurant sangat ramah, dan pernah ada 1 housekeeping saat bersihkan kamar, sangat cepat tapi seperti orang marah ketika naik turun tangga dan tutup pintu, dan juga bisa dengar suara tetangga sebelah naik turun tangga juga, sangat berisik

This concept full private Villa with small pools but it's ok for you spending time together in villa. They have rooftop also maybe you can BBQ party.

First floor for living room tv and pantry with burn stove and plunge pool.
Second floor main bedroom with bathtub on bathroom.
Third floor for rooftop space.

Overall good, pegawainya ramah, lokasinya dekat sama beberapa tmpat hiburan hitz di daerah canggu dan seminyak, banyak coffeshop dan boutique di sekitarnya, kamarnya luas, kolam bersih, semua peralatan berfungsi. Terimakasih

This two & half storey villa located in Seminyak and near many famous cafes & restaurants. Very nice villa with swimming pool inside, an equipped kitchen set, a spacious bedroom also a nice bathroom with 2 big washtafels and a jacuzzi hot bathtub. You are goona like it! The minus only that the TV connection was so bad. Although there is a DVD player but we didnt bring any DVD to watch. But I had good times and satisfying staycation in this villa
