This was my favorite accommodation during my trip to Bali.
The villa is built on a slope that continues from the lobby building, and the bottom of the slope is the rooftop of the hotel building.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel building.
I stayed in a one-bedroom villa, but the living and dining area, bed and bathroom are separate buildings, and there is a private pool.
Transportation is not very convenient, so you can't go anywhere on foot.
It's basically a taxi, but I think it's best for people who want to spend a quiet time.
This is an inn that I would definitely like to visit again.

Nice location and view of the beach. The rooms are clean and nice to be honest, but the bathroom is dirty and there is no water shower + their Indonesian breakfast includes croissants and eggs, you are not fine with them.

The room need to be upgraded-some facilities are not in good condition
But the employee service was perfect, Especially for those worked at 8am, lobby today. They helped so hard for my ride (my driver didn’t come at appointment time) Thank you so much! Matur Suksma

Superb sunrise view
Spacious rooms facing the blue ocean. Huge bathrooms
Grand and clean pool by the ocean
Satisfactory breakfast spread although very few vegetarian options
And very good dinner with decent pricing at their inhouse restaurant
All basic amenities and friendly staff
Good quite location if you wish to be midway between Kuta snd Uluwatu

Deducted stars for
1.the fact that curtains and rooms were infested with mould due to the high humidity

2.because, being a pure vegetarian, I ended up putting fish in my mouth even though I double checked with the staff about a dish being vegetarian

Great rooms. They are massive with a big bath and shower. Plenty of space. A nice balcony and view. The pool was amazing and large and they provide great massages on site. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Was really impressed with this hotel. The downside was the nachos during the day at poolside. Terrible. And no alcohol in the welcome drink. But you can probably live with that.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. And the staff were all so kind and welcoming. Plus, being able to take a dip in the beach was definitely a highlight of my trip. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. 10 stars for the service.

Very wonderful villas and their location is beautiful, but the reception told them that I would extend the same day that I booked, they said that there is no problem, call us in the morning and we will extend it for you, and on the day I spoke to them in the morning, they said we apologize, the villa is booked

Everything about this hotel is wonderful, truly 5 star. The staff are so welcoming and attentive, always have a smile on their faces regardless of whether its reception staff, bellboy, or housekeeping staff. We arrived by car, as soon as we hit the front, bellboy came out straight away, help us unload our luggages from the car, and then help us park our car and send our luggage straight to the room. The room is huge and clean, oceanview. The best part is, they have a microwave! 2 weeks in Bali I've been in three 5 star hotel and this is the only hotel that provide microwave, cutleries and plates, the only hotel that actually live up to their 5 star rating!

Kamar yang besar, pelayannya ramah. Check in & check out sangat cepat. B fast cukuplah. Pemandangan dari kamar ke laut lepas sangat indah & enak untuk santai.

Kemaren aku ketika ke bali aku nginap di situ pas aku masuk hotel nya bagus banget kamar nya mewah dan luas ada pantai juga kolam renang nya luas makanan nya juga enak dan pelayanan nya ramah dan baik di situ juga ada untuk mengantar ke hotel nya ga cape ga usah jalan kaki

The location is ideal for its quietness and gorgeous ocean views. Our oceanfront Suite was incredibly large and modern. The kitchen and huge bathroom were wonderful. We loved the large balcony with gorgeous ocean views and sunrises. The staff members are all super friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff, Linda, Yanti, and trainee Gusti, also Sports guy Rikki are all absolutely fantastic! Nothing but big smiles and very helpful. Anything we asked for while in the suite or at the pool or restaurant, we got right away! The restaurant food was fantastic also! I highly recommend this resort!

It was our first time in Bali so we were not sure what to expect. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations. The hotel is great with big rooms and beautiful ocean views. The staff were all very welcoming and made us feel so comfortable and at home. The service was really exceptional. We were greeted with smiles everyday and they were all so helpful. Thank you to Ima and the restaurant staff for going the extra mile to help my kids make my birthday a memorable one by surprising me with a birthday cake. We had a really pleasant stay because of Ima, Tini, Yanti and Agus. My kids adore them. They were sad when we had to check out. We hope to return to this hotel on our next visit to Bali, hopefully soon.

Stayed here for two nights in June 2022, and I would say this hotel is one of the most affordable 5-star hotel in Nusa Dua area. The room is really spacious and gives you breathtaking ocean view. The hotel staff also let us to do early check-in.
The location is a bit far from the main road, but you can make online food delivery order and hotel security will deliver them from lobby into your room.
Swimming pool isn't that big but has amazing view.
The only weaknesses in my opinion are the hotel slowly response my questions through online platform, and breakfast choices that seems didn't meet 5-star hotel standard. However, with the good rates I got at that time (less than IDR 1.3M per night for junior suite room), I think the hotel is really worth the price.

Initially we planned to stay for only a night but ended up extended for another one. The Ocean view Suite is so spacios, i love the design not to mention it is facing directly to the ocean.
The staffs were always so helpful. The rooms building located a bit far from reception but buggey car service is available 24/7.

The breakfast was good but quite standard.
The tap water is a bit salty.

The best sih buat aku. Kamarnya gede banget. Bisa langsung ke pantai juga. Pelayanan ramahh. Oke pokonyaaa

Lovely stay at Ulu Segara. Staff was friendly and attentive. Service is as best as it can be. The one-bedroom villa has a nice little private pool and it was fun experiencing a floating breakfast with a view of the ocean. Chose this above the other big names along the stretch as it is a smaller compound tucked away at a corner for some peace and quiet!

We booked the largest villa in the resort. Great customer service but need to work on the maintenance of the resort.
Things to improve:
1. Water filtration system - tap dispensed salty water
2. Rain shower was faulty for the 4 days we were there.
3. Maintenance and cleanliness needs to work on. There were dust on furniture and limestone deposits on tiles.
4. Air-con wasn’t cold enough.

Daripada nginap di tetangganya yang kemahalan mending nginap disini. Pemandangannya sangat menakjubkan, nggak terlihat dari lokasi hotel tetangga yang lebih mahal.

Ulu Segara was a tropical paradise that we wish we never had to leave. We stayed in the Melati villa - the pool was sizable and the bedrooms palatial! We loved how efficient and friendly the buggy service was, how beautifully the gardens were kept, and how warm and hospitable the dining staff were. In particular, Arik went out her way to greet us every morning for breakfast and made our experience so memorable. We will definitely be back!

Large room with ocean view, 10 stars for the service, breakfast was delicious, the room is larger than my house? , toilet got shower and bathtub seperated, large sofas, pool, and access to beach. Unfortunately the beach was full of coral reefs so it’s hard to play there. The minus only there’s some caterpillars in the room and it’s because the Hotel and Resort near forest.
