Perfect stay

It was our first stop in our first Bali trip. I can not describe how amazing was this experience. The staff was so friendly and the service absolutely great. We loved our lazy breakfasts on the beautiful terrace. The vila itself was beautiful. Thank you and see soon for sure ;)

Thanks for the fantastic service. We hope you enjoy your Virtual Tour. The spa and massage therapists are absolutely fantastic. There is a beautiful romantic restaurant just through the spa. Like a hidden secret. The villas are well above par and each have there very own swimming pool and relaxation area. A special touch is done for breakfast with letters in your breakfast bowls. The resort has a lovely relaxing atmosphere that one looks for at an upper class establishment. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make you feel right at home. The villas are easy to find off the main road in Canggu. The bar and main restaurant area have a bamboo themed design with spiraling stairs down the middle that actually lead to a pond that homes the cutest little turtles as well as coy fish. The food is of a very high standard and I'd definitely recommend dining at Theanna eco resort. Our villa had a safe as well as an alarm clock next to the bed. Has large cupboards to store your clothing if you are staying for an extended period of time. All in all a fantastic stay.

This place was mind blowing - you’re greeted with a flower arrangement around your neck. The restaurant is majestic and the rooms are super luxurious.

I can go on and on. I was blown away - ofc we don’t naturally sit in such expensive hotels but this might just be a reason to start doing so

Where to even begin.we first stayed at Theanna in March 2018 and and we instantly fell in love with everything about it. From the way we were greeted upon check in, to the friendly staff and villas which are an oasis. We got engaged in April and knew that we wanted to get married at Theanna. The entire organisation of the wedding was done through email and they were extremely prompt in their replies and very accommodating giving suggestions of various bands/hair & makeup artists etc. The staff made this wedding so stress free for the Bride & Groom.

The wedding was perfect, all family and guests were extremely looked after. It was beyond our wildest expectations, everywhere we turned we were a so blown away with the presentation, thought and detail that went into everything. They made sure we received our photographs/video prior to our departure and presented it to us in a beautiful little box. The flowers and constant thoughtfulness for not only ourselves but our family and friends will never be forgotten.

We cannot thank Mr Ayra Priyadi & Mrs Puspita Susilo for the fantastic commutation in organizing this and going above and beyond our expectations. Along with your staff from the chef’s, to the wait staff, to the cleaners and to the Gardner’s that provided such a relaxing beautiful experience for us all during our stay.

We cannot recommend this place enough to anyone wanting a piece of oasis. Even our guests have made comments about going back

Wir haben die Villa inklusive frühstück gebucht, im Restaurant wurde uns dann gesagt dass ein großer teil der Karte nicht inklusive ist. Bei einem Preis von 15$ pro Person nicht ok. Die Villa an sich ist schön wobei der Garten mit Pool sehr klein ist im vergleich zu anderen Resorts zu dem Preis auf Bali. Das Personal dagegen ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch positiv zu erwähnen ist der kostenlose "pick up" Service rund ums Resort. Eine Whatsapp reicht und man wird schnell und zuverlässig eingesammelt.

We cannot speak more highly of The Loop Pool Bar, the staff at the restaurant go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The food on offer is delicious and authentic. The Chef is highly trained so it's a pleasure to try everything on offer. The architecture of the restaurant is a must to see. It truly is remarkable. It is a hidden gem behind the Resort with a cool breeze an peace and quiet from the busy roads. Desi, Kim and Alis: you are all so wonderful and kind. We walked in to check it out and went back 5 times during our 2 week stay because of all the above. A must in Canggu.
