Excellent rooms and customer service. In a central location where walking isn't a problem. Covered scooter parking and security. They're genuinely excited and enthusiastic when they are asked for anything that will elevate your experience.

This place is simply amazing. Must try this when you're in Canggu. Luxury villas, excellent service.

Theanna Villa exceeded my expectations! I came to Bali for my honeymoon and searched nonstop for the ideal accommodation. Multiple accommodation saves and research later, I stayed in a mixture of Air Bnbs and hotels throughout the island but Theanna Villa took the cake! The location is perfect- central, lined with restaurants, spas and shops outside on the street and it was safe. The resort itself is quiet, clean and picture perfect. They know hydration is keen and have water stations everywhere, and are constantly restocking the glass bottles in the rooms. But my favourite thing is the staff, they truly go above and beyond- like really do. They make an effort to know your name and celebrate your stay. For breakfast my smoothie bowl came out with my name written in it with fruit! My flight was at such an inconvenient time and they made sure I would arrive safely. All the villas were exquisite and the welcome was felt everywhere in the room- the towel animals, the flowers, the bath and the welcome drink! Thank you Theanna Villa

Great location in Canggu, the private villa was really nice and quiet, and a good size. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is delicious, the shuttle is good, but the service is the best. If I come back to Bali, I will definitely stay here.
First of all, it's quiet in the evening because it's a little far from the beach, the downtown area, and the road. It's nice that it's right in front of the convenience store.
For those who have made a reservation here, do not make a reservation for Klook Airport Sending, but go through the hotel. The price difference is not much, but they give you a room so you can shower before sending.

Right in the heart of busy Canggu. You wouldn’t know this was the case as these villas a set far back from busy noisy roads. Very serene and calm surroundings. The loveliest most accommodating staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Delicious food and coffee. This is the perfect place if you enjoy the busy Canggu area.

Theanna is simply breathtaking! I stayed here for 8 days and did not regret choosing this hotel out of all the choices available. I was picked up and greeted wonderfully at the airport by Geda who was very friendly! Arriving at Theanna the reception staff greeted me with such professionalism. They made me feel at home from word go! Big thanks to Mita and Angga especially for there wonderful care throughout. The hotel is right in the hub of Canggu, Batu Bolong area. There are shops, eateries, bars all around you and a 20 minute walk will get you to the beach. Saying this, you do not hear any street noise from the hotel as it’s tucked away inside a quiet side street.
Upon entering my accommodation, my breath was taken away. Such an incredibly beautiful and unique designed place. It’s built to be a private modern open living style villa with all the modern hotel facilities encompassing it. Your very private and secluded property has everything you need within it. Outside living includes a pool, kitchen, bath tub, shower, sun beds and dinning area. Truly magical! Indoors was a huge king bed, separate dressing room, double toilet (that also leads/links to the pool area) and powerful air conditioning throughout. Incredibly comfortable. There is free drinking water bottles provided everyday and further water machines are outside the property to top up as you like! A very diligent room service facility is provided in the morning and a bed turndown service in the evenings where they also ensure they eliminate mosquitoes inside and out!
The breakfast area setting is gorgeous right next to the main pool. Putri, Sinta and Nanda looked after me like I was a king…. Thank you! The food was beyond delicious! The choices were also ample including a whole menu choice for vegetarian/vegan diets.
The hotel also organised a last minute request to rent a scooter which they seamlessly organised on my behalf so I did not have to go through any hassle.
The best part of the hotel is its impeccable service ethic. The guest is their number one priority from room service to catering to security to front of house. Whatever you want or need, it’s delivered without fail and with genuine love and care. They even have an intuitive WhatsApp facility for guests to communicate with them and vice versa. Anything you need from asking questions to requesting room service, text them and their response is immediate.
I can’t end this review without some other notable staff mentions who went out of their way to treat me like their extended family. Heartfelt thank you to Maday, Dyka, Ridwan, Agus, Pande, Sinta, Trisna, Hendra, Wilda and Made.
The Theanna was truly home away from home and we can’t thank enough everyone who works there for their hospitality and endless care.

If you're in Canggu, you have to come here. It doesn't get better than this. The private rooms with pool are beautiful and the staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The restaurant is beautifully situated and the food is delicious.

My husband and I booked couples massage and flower bath. It was amazing. We had lunch and spent the rest of the day by the pool. Staff friendly, attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend a day visit to the Spa.

Don’t even know where to start! Staying at Theanna was the highlight of our recent trip to Bali, it was our 2nd visit & only better. Beautiful villa, nice pool, great breakfast but most importantly the excellent service received from all team members from front desk, restaurant, house keeping, driver and reservation team. On last day I left my passport in the room, front desk staff called the driver on our way to airport, he delivered my passport on his scooter & coordinated the pick up point with the driver (half way to airport) It was beyond his call of duty & we would have missed the flight given the crazy traffic in Canggu if we were to turn back to hotel. And I certainly don’t think anywhere else in Canggu would do the same if we hadn’t stay with Theanna.
Would definitely recommend this hotel & will only stay there for our future visit!

Stayed here for 3 days and it was nothing short of amazing. The villa was quaint, clean and nicely designed, and most importantly, the service staff were awesome. They were helpful, friendly, polite and they made our stay such a lovely one. Every evening, they would drop by our room to help us set the bed and let down the mosquito nets so that we can get ready for bed at night. Super thoughtful. The villa’s massage services and floating breakfast were very good too!

Only room for improvement is that some of the walls in the garden space have a bit of algae growing due to the water from the pool, which is understandable. But perhaps cleaning it up more frequently will improve the aesthetic a bit more:)

Nonetheless, will come back again! What a lovely place!

If you’re after a little privacy while still having communal areas, impeccable location, perfectly designed room and honestly the most incredible service. You have found your place. Could not recommend a better place to stay in Canggu!

Private pool very clean and spacious. Rooms too are very big. No extra charges for drinking water.

Salah satu hotel dengan konsep vila (1,2,3 bed with private pool inside) yang cukup terjangkau pada masa pandemi lalu.dalam sehari kamar 2x dibersihkan dan disemprot oleh 5 org, dan jalan keluar villa sudah banyak tempat makan dan lokasi cukup strategis walau papan nama terlalu keatas di gang kecil (1mobil) sehingga sering kelewatan kalau naik taksi

Amazing place to stay in Canggu, the villa are gorgeous, the staff is amazing and breakfast are incredible. Is only 20 minutes walking from the beach and extremely quiet. It was my first time in Bali, traveling by myself.
I recommande this place for sure!
