The Sintesa Jimbaran

Staff was awesome, rooms were very large and spacious. Location was not great. Restaurants and lots of facilities were closed so having poor location was an inconvenience.

Pelayanan ramah dan cepat. Harga sangat bersahabat dengan fasilitas yg ditawarkan. Will be back to sintesa jimbaran. Semoga pandemi cepat berlalu.

We went to the bar's post-pandemic soft opening and had a great evening there with friends. The menu is excellent and the staff are helpful and friendly.

Just to the point this place was big and beautiful, but the furniture was kinda old and rusty, and some facilities was not clean enough. But beside that i really enjoy stay in this place, sadly this place look very empty? , maybe because pandemics?

Hotel ini kemungkinan besar tutup sewaktu pandemi. Banyak fasilitas yang belum difungsikan. Bangunan terlihat mewah namun tidak terawat.

Kolam renang belum difungsikan.
Parkir masih di row depan lobby, pohon banyak yg tumbuh tinggi, tidak terawat.
Sarapan masih dipesankan dari luar.
Receptionist dipegang oleh security.
Lift masih mati.

Kamar besar sekali, tapi furniture sudah usang.
Closet di kamar mandi rusak untuk semprotan pembasuhnya.

Semoga cepat pulih kembali menjadi Sintesa Jimbaran luxury hotel.

The hotel was very quiet with lovely, attentive and friendly staff. The deluxe room was basic but spacious. The bathroom was a bit old and the grout a bit dirty. We enjoyed our stay.

One of the best hotel in Jimbaran. It has luxury facilities. The room is big and clean. This hotel have a pool, cafe, bar, and lobby. This place is quiet and fit for tourist who want enjoy a holiday. But a bad point of this hotel is its location. It's not located on the main street. So it's quite difficult to find this place

Lot of problems with check in. Lost a lot of time because of the problems. They gave us a better room that was ok. The hotel is very big but hard to find with taxi and loud.

Amazing place awesome staff. They go over and beyond to accommodate you. Really enjoyed our stay. Food was amazing. Our family room was very impressive very spacious and had everything we needed and more. Beach and shopping strip all very close by they also offer a free shuttle every hour. A very relaxing environment great pool for the kids too. Would love to stay again

Took forever to get a drink at the BBQ.
There was a stray cat wanting our dinner when we used the restaurant.
Things need to improve if you want us back.

No issues with the rooms, all good and comfortable. Biggest issue is the slowness of service in any of the bars and restaurants, as well as the majority of drinks we wanted only having limited amounts left in bottles. Need to learn to stock! The pool is great, however is only in the sun early of a morning, and then shaded for rest of day, making for a cold dip in the afternoon.

My house is closed to sintesa, and i go to the gym and swim everyday here!
Good price and good quality of the food
Gym is perfect! Shower and pool also very nice!
Recommended for get healthy

Letak Hotel yg terjangkau dan dekat dengan pantai Jimbaran.jangan lupa menikmat BBQ di rooftop pada malam hari.

This place is located in secluded area.quiet with standard facilities except the rooftop.love it not in the noon but in the night when you can see stars.breakfast and pool are standard.but they make us feel really uncomfortable, as if we try to run away without paying.even when I check out earlier than the group, they have to stop me and make a call to make sure the others still in the room, even we have paid all the bills.

Wonderful staff and service. Modern ammenities. Was very quiet for our entire 7 nights as the big tourist groups were out all day and ate separate. Pretty good food choices. We loved the BARber and pool area. We had the movie room to ourselves and would have dinner in there with the kids.
Money exchange prices were good, but purchases from the shop were expensive.
Only downside was the pool wasn’t warm enough.

The 5 * hotel located in Jimbaran hills. Near by jembaran seafood. Very cheap hotel with standard 5 *. Recomended for family trip and during your bisnis.

Ein schönes Hotel. Personal oke, Zimmer oke, Essen oke, Pool oke. Zum Strand fährt ein Shuttle Bus alle 30 Minuten.

A modest hotel up in the hills of Jimbaran. It's not bad but a bit quiet when we got here. There's a Speakeasy / Barber combo place called BARber that's kind of a cool idea but lacks in execution. There's a rooftop bar that's only open 5-7pm for the sunset drinks.
