A good value, nice, and spacious hotel

Pros
- The bedroom and bathroom were huge and they use high-end products for the furnitures and lavatory such as kohler and grohe. The water pressure from the shower was good as well.
- They have a really nice bar and a piano where you can play to your heart’s content.
- Huge pool and nice seating area near it.
- They have a garden in the center of the hotel. My room view was towards the garden area which was nice.

Cons
- Although I love staying in a quiet area, the hotel was indeed really quiet because they haven’t hired all the staffs back again. Even the security guy multitask as the bell boy. I pray that the investors will see this and please just invest more in this hotel because it is such a waste to let this nice hotel not functioning to its full potential.
- The air conditioner had worked just great until it broke down on the last night I stayed there, but luckily they could fix it quickly.

Overall a very nice hotel.

However, as has already been indicated in numerous previous reviews. Indeed, when you walk around, it is quite surprising to notice that the hotel seems “deserted”. We barely hear the flies flying. This is not a bad point in itself, better that than the other way around.

Regarding the rest, the room: it is large, very spacious. The internet connection works very well. In short, it feels like home.

As for the hotel staff, they were very friendly, responsive and the service was up to par.

As for the rest, the hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, so there is not much accessible on foot, but with the rental of scooters the problem is quickly resolved in order to get there and navigate easily in more lively neighborhoods.

Booked here last minute and was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and check in was quick. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast but it was very good value and would definitely stay back here when I'm in the area. The hotel was fairly quiet given how large it was but did not bother me.

The staff here was so heartwarmingly firendly and courteous that they almost felt like family. On arrival we immediately received an upgrade to a suit that was very roomy and quiet throughout the night, a welcome change from the noisy nights in Canggu and Seminyak. A shuttle service takes you to the Beach every 30 minutes. The facilities look luxurious. The only downside was that it felt a little empty but this might be to it not having picked back up bookings to pre pendamic levels.

Makan bersama debu. Tissue kmar mandi kotor berkarat, handuk kusam dan bau tidak fresh. Menu makan sarapan kurang fresh, sayuran tua, buah buahan masih muda belum bisa dimakan. Tolong ditingkatkan lagi. Pelayanan kurang baik staff kurang membantu.

Room oke utk hotel lama. Terlihat perawatannya kurang. Dari sekian banyak lift, hampir semuanya mati. Lokasi nya di tengah pemukiman penduduk & jauh dr tempat makan & minimarket.

The place is amazing, and the hotel has about 260+ somewhat rooms, but it's so quiet. There are not too many people in this hotel, but everything's good, but it needs a little renovation.

The rooms are luxury feel and design. The bed and pillows feels like 5 star hotel. The hotel is in quite area and feels like abandoned hotel because of Covid-19 pandemic.

Tempatnya memang indah diatas tebing, apalagi ruangan apartemen nya, mewah dan luas banget, nyaman karena tempatnya begitu sunyi, dan jarang terlihat orang mondar mandir, cocok untuk keluarga dengan anak 4, ruangannya lebar, bagus dan mewah

Untuk manager atau siapa pun disana, bisakah agar info tamu yang menginap disana agar berkendara hati hati di gang kencana, tamu anda semua seperti pembalap di gang kencana

This hotel is trying to wake up again after pandemic, so still need cleaning here and there but function that we need like room facility, lift, pool, bar are ok. Amenities by request. Overall ok, wish all going back to normal soon

Eventhough the reception, roomservice and other hotel boys are very2 good. I feel that this hotel is not willing to increase occupancy rate.
But good to me have a quite place to stay.
The other hand, a security of gate between hotel and private villa, very arogan and bad manner. He feels like he was the owner and want-not to give permition to hotel's customers to see the private vilas (get out of here you dog).

The hotel was very empty, the food at the restaurant (chicken) was still frozen, there was no soap but the toilet and room was clean. It has a great Gym and the price was really cheap paid 29$ for one night.

Kami sewa 3 hari, 2 room. Fasilitas lengkap, ada dapur, ruang tamu, sofa. Tmptnya bersih, Designnya bagus, tematik banget, krasan nginep disini.

The rooms are great- spacious, luxury feel and design, bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub plus a closet. The bed and pillows are that 4/5 star feel. The hotel is in a quiet part of town. Nothing really within walking distance but ordering a taxi through a local app was easy and cheap enough to travel everywhere we wanted to go. But other than that, this hotel is quite deserted still (feels like a ghost town). The restaurant was empty besides a couple people each time we saw it. The pizza and potato wedges were okay quality (not worth it though) so we ate out for all our meals. They also didn’t allow us to charge it to our room. I don’t recommend booking taxis through the hotel as it’s triple the going rate. It took 24 hours to get our laundry back (which was crazy to me). Staff tried to be friendly but I just sensed depression through them. Anyways, worth a comfy room! The room is def 4/5 stars but the hotel itself has a way to go to redeem that holistic rating.

The Sintesa Residence Jimbaran is an absolutely STUNNING hotel, with the most accommodating staff. They are so warm and welcoming and only too happy to help. They treated us like family, and are so good with kids. We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment, one of the nicest places we have stayed in Bali, in fact anywhere in the world (and we have stayed in some of the finest 5 star hotels around Europe, Australasia and America)! We felt at home, and the staff treated us like family. The food and drinks were well priced and delicious, the welcome drinks were so tasty and refreshing. We loved the Indonesian breakfast, me goreng or nasi goreng. Our 13,10 and 3 yr old LOVED the pool table and karaoke machine. The beds were so comfy and we didn't need a portable cot as their were 2 twin beds, a queen bed and a king bed. The 2 bathrooms had deep baths and large showers. Great for a family of 5. The apartment was well air-conditioned, and had all the amenities such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, a water cooler (so didn't need to buy water), and an oven with stove top. The views from this hotel are amazing as they arenat the top of a hill, and the main street is just a 2 minutes taxi ride away. One of the most beautiful beaches Jimbaran beach is not far. I highly recommend this fantastic, luxurious hotel for any family. I didn't want to leave and miss the beautiful staff. Can't wait to come back and hopefully as they get more people coming after Australia's borders being closed and only recently opened, the other amenities such as the spa facilities.

The rooms is nice but the hotel environment horrible.dust everywhere dirty and they need to prepare when they want Open the hotel.if they not ready dont open it yet.

We had a family trip (wedding) and stayed at Sintesa. The room is spacious and clean, bathtub in every room, staff really helpfull, they over an amazing services.
Really recommended to stay at Sintesa.

Hotel service is very bad, waiting for food orders is very long, the water in the closet doesn’t come out smoothly, bathroom very dirty
