I came to this salon without an appointment after a bad hairstyle elsewhere, panicking because i had my brothers wedding in less than 2 hours. They fit me in straight away and multiple people did my hair to help me get done as efficiently as possible. They did such a wonderful job! My hair looks so beautiful and i could not be more grateful for the lovely service. The staff are the most polite and beautiful people, they made me feel like an absolute queen! I could not recommend them more.

One of the best salons you could ever visit in Bali, I had my nails done here and my hair too, they looked so beautiful and the staff are really nice. I also had eyelashes extension with Juidi, they look fantastic, she is very professional and knows exactly what works for your eyes. Thank you Shampoo Lounge.

Brilliant experience with this salon. Walked in during busy hours and was seen to straight away. Very polite reception and friendly. Had a full set of acrylic nails done by Anik who was lovely and very attentive. Very impressed with my nails, they look beautiful! Will be returning.

Coloring the hair here is not as you want, but simply according to a pattern. Hair color is not at all the same as I wanted, and the dyeing technique according to the pattern. In spite of the fact that I showed a photo so that they would make me exactly the same as in the picture! The coloring is very disappointed, now I have to look for a master who will correct the poor coloring of hair, which is also very expensive!

My first visit was quite bad, we didn't communicate well enough and my hair didn't look anything how I wanted. But they told me i can come back within the next three days for free to fix it. So three days later I drop by, i'm super unhappy with my hair and this time really tried to communicate what i want and what i do not like. This time they did an awesome job, it looks super natural and I am really happy with it. I get compliments for my new hair colour all the time now and I am very much in love with it. I would recommend to take a lot of example pictures and really communicate what you want to have done and what you really do not want.

I had mani-padi and a haircut there. Professional staff and they give u a free drink while u r there (bintang or cocacola). I wanted to do keratin there but they told me that my hair is very short cuz unfortunately they dont have a thin hair ironing machine. I'd go there again and I recommend this place for anyone.

The best coconut hair treatment ever. Definitely a place to stop for some hair tlc when in Seminyak.

I had a half head of foils, toner, and hour long foot and leg massage. My hairdresser was lovely and he did my hair thoroughly and professionally.
My hair turned out absolutely beautiful. I love it. It cost me about $160 AUD ($200 less than I would pay in Australia)
The only cons is the place is quite hot - the power kept switching off.
You have to pay extra if you want a tea or coffee.

I had a lovely experience with Soen who bleached my roots, toned my hair and cut it. He was thorough and precise.

Literally the best hair colour I have ever had. It took nearly 6 hours and my amazing colourist Tammy was the nicest and most dedicated, compitent hairdresser I have ever had! Will be back again thank you Tammy

Went there for color, treatment and trim. Fabulous result my hair look very healthy after the treatment, and the stylist cut my hair did a great job.

Its was great having haircut for my kid and myself. Staffs were very kid friendly and accomodative.

Ruined my girlfriend's hair, cut too much off costing her about a year's worth of hair, and in the end it was choppy, uneven, and she had to fix it somewhere else.
