It’s nice to see so many positive reviews which is what prompted me to go here, however mine is negative. They were quite rude from the moment I walked in (and it wasn’t a language barrier). Eventually we got to the ‘ozone’ part of the facial, which is where she soon after started the extractions. She used her bare fingers to do the extractions, not only that but once she’d gotten to the other side of my face my face was completely cold again thus my pores had closed. Fast forward to the end of the facial where she left me lying there with a mask, only to come back with hands that clearly hadn’t been washed from the lunch she’d eaten.

Not impressed at all. I’ve since been to a much more professional salon, for less the price and nicer staff.

Very pleasant experience with leg waxing and pedicure. Will definitely Come back. Clean place, perfect service. Recommend booking in advace because they are pretty busy. Also they only accept cash!

Had the least painful brazilian wax of my life I don't know the lady's name but she was very quick and efficient. She even threaded the remaining hairs away which is a huge bonus. Other salons that I've went to don't offer that. Friendly staff too:) Recommended!

Peaceful, clean and very attentive staff. Came in for a wax & facial - both were excellent and reasonably priced. One of the best facials I've ever had! I came back for a massage and was delighted it was equally good.

Excellent service and good pricing. Got a Brazilian and under arm wax and the technician was thorough and a lot less painful than my lady in the US. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful space with great and affordable services. I received the antioxidant facial which truly made my skin glow and a wax. Note that I found their wax not as grippy as I am used to back in California, meaning that hair growth must be longer than I'm used to.

Great service, good price haven’t really seen cheaper in central ubud! Had a pedicure which was professional and I was enjoyable. Girls don’t speak much English but are smiley and professional.

I had a full pedicure and was very happy with the results. Particularly enjoyed the leg massage. I always love the ginger tea.

Lovely professional experience from start to finish. Had an organic facial with extraction. So delicious and painless. Going back for full body scrub and massage. Cash only bit inconvenient so need to go prepared.

The Spa didn't think to mention it was cash only. It is suppose to be the best for waxing in Ubud and they don't accept credit cards? It's 2016 and most places in Bali do.

Best Brazilian wax I've had, after the waxing the technician threaded and the hairs too short for the wax to pick up. My red clay facial was also really great, my skin looked great afterwards and you get a mini massage in the process

Went to this location after the location in ubud centre was closed for renovation. Immaculate service with cheap prices. Got my bikini line and half legs waxed. I also got a basic mani and pedi.

Best waxing you will probably find in Bali! The girls working here are delightful and so far I have been very happy with all the treatments I have tried.

Professional, fairly busy and need to organise a time usually, so that means the place is in demand.
