Beware of scam!
I asked for hair removal on my legs and under my arms. She tests a first strip and tells me that it doesn't work on me (I do it often in France). After I insisted that she continue, she went ahead and called one of her colleagues and it worked very well oddly. I sincerely think that she did this so that I would leave without having done the service having already paid since you pay when you arrive.
Pay attention! Insist that she continue!
Apart from that, the welcome was very cold and the beauticians were not at all gentle.

If there were 10 stars, I would give it 10.
I didn't expect such great service in Bali. All my hair removal is compared with what was done in Brazil, it’s simply a reference there.
Probably in 2nd place here. It was SUPER fast - legs completely in about 15 minutes. In 4 hands, because.
At the end, they recommended that I not use cosmetics for 24 hours, so they brought me a REAL piece of aloe, crushed it, squeezed out the juice and lubricated my feetI'm shocked by this service!
Definitely the best. I'll definitely come back!

I want to tell you as I want to know for myself before: for bikini shugaring you have to choose right master, one of them are really great but for me it’s was bad experience after what I have broken ingrown hard hairs (as after shaving which I don’t do 5 years) I’m shocked that my hairs like this hope this one unprofessional procedure will not break this my many years smooth effects of hair grow which I made, and even in first week effects so bad like after shaving! Im shocked because for many years I never had hairs like this, it’s means that some master there don’t know how to do shugaring, before I did once for 1,5-2 month and I loved effects, now I have just 2 weeks post effects and I feels all this days uncomfortable and need wait 2 weeks more with this feelings every day. I will not come to this salon anymore, I hope this posting will help you to choose a right master, and it’s help salon to have just a professional people not a master who don’t know how to do shugaring

Did candle wax removal. They were super kind and attentative. Reasonable price i reccomend!

I didn't make a reservation in advance, so I thought I wouldn't be able to do it today, but luckily, I got waxed right away and it was done in less than 5 minutes. Cash payment only:)

Could pay by card and so far the lowestttt additional charge I had in all Indonesia so far.
I had the brazilian bikini waxing and was amazed how painless it turned out to be and how professional the woman was in her technical skills.

It is my 4th time at this salon, and I always pay with a card. Today I also wanted to pay with a card, and suddenly they put me an extra fee for the card. I explained that I didn't pay an additional cost two weeks ago. Her attitude was careless, and I saw she wasn't in the mood to recive customers.

I don't recommend this salon because of the attitude of the staff and the unexpected extra fee that normally the company should pay, not the customer.

The company takes advantage of this service, not the customer.

My first time underarm waxing.
I was so scared but end up not really pain.done in just few sec.they’re using caramel thooo nice smell.

1. Reception lady and stuff were cold and not welcoming
2. Wax - poor quality and hurt a lot. Did it super fast like in a rush.
3. Many hairs left!

For 150k I expected more. Doesn’t worth it.
I’m glad I didn’t do bikini there as I wanted at first. I canceled it after they did my legs. Never come back again.

Very good service, I had a problem with the booking and they resolved providing me the service at this location. If you book via what’s app ensure you agree on the spa location since there are two and far from each other.

I had the best facial here. They are incredible kind and professional, the salon is really peaceful, definitely recommended.

I loved massage but I didn’t like that next to me, person got Brazilian wax and was talking all the time… so instead of relaxing I heard about person life and how much pain she is. There should be different room for that treatment.

Loved this place. Quality of the service is amazing. I took uplifting face massage and they used sukin cosmetics which is really good one. You also get tasty tea with honey

This is my go to place in ‘central’ Ubud for a quick, affordable and good/skilful massage. They also have waxing services which seem to be popular.

Got a Brazilian here for 140k. Ask for Mayula, she did an amazing job. Got all the hairs and was quick and easy. Super nice! Highly recommend!

Great service, really clean nice space, relaxing music and ginger tea to finish. I had my usual waxing and it cost 1/4 of the price of what I pay in NZ. I was impressed by the therapists skills, quick, methodical, and gentle. A thorough job with both wax and threading to tidy up. (Big on the Brazilian!) I had 2 therapists at once to do my legs and underarms - I felt like Dorothy on the wizard of OZ being groomed! Highly recommended place for bikini bods!

Okay the attached photo was just too good to not share! I had a fantastic experience at Skin organic. I scheduled the organic facial with extractions and it was the best decision I made my whole trip! They started by offering me cinnamon tea and washing my feet in a flower petal bath. The facial itself was definitely organic: no nasty chemicals and if I did smell anything it was certainly all natural (I mean look at all the fresh cucumbers they put on my face!) Anytime a mask needed time to settle I would get some sort of massage: legs, feet, hands, etc. And it was topped off with a final shoulder + back massage and more cinnamon tea. Highly highly recommend!

I came here a few times already, for waxing and facial, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The service here is perfect and the prices are highly competitive! Waxing is actually quicker than usual, and almost not painful (even for the Brazilian!), and the result is absolutely irreproachable. And for the facial, it was just heaven! My skin felt healthier than ever! I have had 4 different therapists there, and they were all very nice, gentle, and professional. Plus, you get a very nice ginger tea before leaving. I love this place! Highly recommended.
