Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan, staff sangat tanggap terhadap semua yang di butuhkan, kamar sangat bagus dengan pemandangan alam dan aliran sungai kecil yang asri jadi sangat cocok healing. Kamar mandi juga awesome dan tidak perlu khawatir semua nya sangat private dan exclusive. Sangat direkomendasikan dan pengalaman yang tidak terlupakan.

Very good but if you are looking for private villa with swimming pool don’t go there the swimming pools are inside the property but it can be seen from outside

Staff is very friendly, rooms are good but bathroom/toilet outside villa, no attached swimming pool to villa, restaurant also a little bit expensive I feel. I took Balinese massage at villa but not satisfactory. Besides these points villa is good.

My husband and I chose this place as our second destinations in Bali. After we spent 4 days in Seminyak and wanted to spend our next 4 days in jungles. This hotel was perfect for this. We were upgraded for the beautiful villa #1 with our pool and outside shower. I loved that shower a lot!
The hotel located 20 minutes drive from Ubud but they provide a shuttle which will take you to Ubud and back. The schedule was pretty convenient and we used it. There is jungles, a river and rise fields at the hotel.
Their spa is pretty good and they are upgrading it. At the restaurant we had Balinese chicken satay and it was well presented and delicious.

Santi mandala is a great spot to have a relaxing vacation. The staff there went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time enjoyed our stay. The food was amazing, the spa was great, and the place was very beautiful. Definitely will comeback again

This place is awesome, the people are amazing and superbly friendly, the food is great and decently priced. Then our villa, oh my gosh, what a lovely space to spend a honeymoon. Would recommend it 100%, don't be put off by the heat, its just Bali.

A very nice place to stay. A river flowing in the resort. Awesome villa with a private pool. Shower and washroom is in open place covered by walls. It's different experience to get bath in open space but little scared on insects and lizards. Common pool (160cm) and private pool (approx 130 cm) is little deep. Food is not that great and it's costly too. Could be improved on Indian menu. They just provide 400ml of water as complimentary for a day. Other hotels provide atleast 1litre per day.

Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Hanya perlu penyegaran dan pembaruan. Overall, pelayanan bagus. Staff sangat ramah.

Firstly I want to mention that the grounds and the area is picturesque and looks really nice.

But we had a few issues whilst we were here. We booked to stay for two weeks on the "all inclusive" package, after nearly 24 hours of travelling we arrived and the first thing that was requested from us was the payment, the transaction failed and this turned out to be the fault of the hotel card machine or the hotels bank, I confirmed with my bank on the phone (and inccured a lot of charges in the process) that this was the case but the staff wouldn't accept that and kept seeking other methods to pay. After an hour spent in reception we were finally allowed to the room after leaving them 3,000,000 rupiah as security. After this every time we saw a member of reception staff they asked if we had any other cards or cash that we could pay with.

The room itself was really nice and done to a good standard, the pool was very clean and looked great, the garden around the villa was great and it felt like a very private lovely place to stay.

The second issue of our stay came with the "all inclusive", I'm not sure if it's just an uncommon concept and hasn't been translated correctly but all inclusive should mean that everything is included. Our experience was that you had a separate menu to the main menu which only had 4 options, this left us feeling like second class customers, also you could have one soft drink with your meal that was included in the package, anything else costs extra money. Even in the afternoon when we asked for two bottles of water we were expected to pay for them and were told that you only got free water in the room every morning in a glass bottle that is the villas own brand. I don't know where this water comes from so I wasn't keen to drink it.

On our second day we decided that we would rather leave and find alternative accommodation in Ubud, so we paid what we owed in cash and left. To give credit where its due, they had no problem with us doing that and everyone left happy.

To be honest we were glad to get away from there and have a holiday that we appreciated in Ubud and other areas of Bali (where my car worked with no problems).

We had a fantastic stay at the resort. All the staff were helpful, friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. They put in an extra bed so our teenagers didn't have to share. We had booked a garden villa which was great. We loved the outside bathroom, a real novelty. We were there for 9 nights and I initially thought this may be a problem if our kids got bored but with a big pool and daily trips to Ubud and surrounds it was just great.
Whilst we were there the communal pool was closed for maintenance and as we still had 5 nights stay left we were lucky enough to be moved by the manager to a pool villa (a real surprise as we didn't ask). We finished our stay in luxury. We loved the whole experience and would love to return.
