Sababay Winery

Amazing tour and time here. The wine is excellent, we have enjoyed it at many restaurants since visiting across Bali. The winery is impressive, immaculately clean and the small bites of fried cassava alongside the wine were such a treat. We loved our time here, loved the beautiful gardens and the Raphaelle’s thoughtfulness and company. This is a must visit if in Keramas and these wines should be experienced if enjoying the local cuisine! The bubbles were our favourite to sip around the pool!

Sababay winery is a surprise to anyone I talk to, but this is the real deal. Prosecco is authentic, tasty and crisp, the Mascetti port style will refresh and fill your mouth with flavour. The pink blossom rose will be sought after to enjoy at sunset or with a traditional Bali dish. The lingering taste invites another sip!
Raphael was wonderful explaining the process and the adaptations the wine makers and the 180 farmers have made. Keep an eye out for Sababay wines at restaurants in Bali and take some home from Duty-free! Recommend

I am not a regular wine drinker, so the tour was really an eye opener for me, especially on the part where they teach you how to judge a good wine, how to drink, et cetera. After the tour, you could easily head to the retail shop to buy extra wine to share to your loved ones.

Proud to know Bali could produce good wine with international standart and they open for winery tour too
