Ga berisik, sunyi, makanan enak, staff ramah, ambience menyenangkan.

Love this hotel, the interior, exterior, and also the food and the most is friendly of the staffs.

We stayed in the hotel for our honeymoon. We stayed 4 days, but I would say that it was a bit long. There was no activity in hotel or the neighbourhood is not very attractive at all. I mean the neighbourhood even it's a bit weird. But Hotel vas great, they have spa center and large infinity pool. Their restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. If you are couple 3 day is top for getting rest but if you are family might be good to chill in pool. Additionally staff was so friendly and helpful.

I went here to attend an event. There is no vallet service, at the begining while in security pos, they said we have vallet at the lobby. But the fact when you arrived at the lobby, they said no vallet, you can park your car by yourself at basement and go up by lift. Then I said Oh ok. And I went to the lobby no one welcoming me, and I went to reception desk and ask about where is the event attend? And she said, wait a moment I don’t know which event you’re attend for. Ohh this is a 5 stars hotel and the reception didn’t know what event held here?

Outstanding resort with breathtaking views of Bali, great breakfast and gigantic infinity swimming pool. Staff very helpful and friendly

Lumayan oke, tampak luar gelap pada malam hari mungkin harus dikasih penerangan. Breakfast nya okee banget, kamar hotel nya bagus sesuai bintang dan pelayanannya ramah

This modern hotel with the perk to the Roosterfish beach club. The beach club adds a unique complement to the stay! The breakfast options are delicious with lovely pools. The layout of the hotel is somewhat confusing but not necessarily in a bad way. Definitely recommended!

A bit far from denpasar but you can enjoy Uluwatu from this hotel.

The breakfast is amazing, the staff are so friendly.

Junior suite is nice and big but it can be more efficient.

Pandawa beach is only 20mins away by driving.

Sekurity yang tidak memiliki sopan santun, terlalu songong mungkin bosnya jarang memberi arahan yang benar ke bawahan

Stayed for 3 days in here, very pleasant. Warm staff, spacious and comfy rooms, big pool and the best breakfast I've ever tasted. Will come back later for next vacation.

Yang terhormat ibu Aulianty sebagai wakil manajemen hotel Renaissance.terlebih dahulu saya perkenalkan diri nama saya I Ketut Adrianus Haris. S. Tp dari Direktorat Perlindungan Konsumen Nasional.kalau di liat dari jawaban ibu belum tepat terhadap complent drever gojek dan greb.di mana securty ibu pada hari kamis tgl 1 /4 -2021 sekitar jam 4 sore mengatakan drever gojek itu kelas rendah.drever gojek yang saat itu dapat order ke hotel ibu di minta oleh tamu minta dijemput ke lobby namun tidak diijinkan masuk dengan alasan takut bawa virus corona.setelah tamu complent baru drever gojek di ijinkan masuk.drever greb yang saat itu mengantar makanan disuruh jalan kaki ke lobby tidak boleh titip di securty.tidak menerima titipan dengan alasan takut tertular virus corona kalau saja pihak hotel bisa bijaksana dengan alasan corona harusnya makanan bisa dititip untuk diteruskan oleh pihak hotel mengantar ke tamunya sehingga tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan.untuk info drever gojek sebelum operasional suhu tubuhnya selalu dikontrol dan sudah dilengkapi dengan penutup kepala.hand sanitizer. Disinfectant.jadi saya angap lucu kalau pihak hotel terlalu membesar2kan takut kalau gojek membawa virus corona karena belum ada data drever gojek meninggal karena corona.janganlah mengangap kita ini profesi kelas bawa seolah pembawa virus corona.kalau kita liat.apa yang di lakukan drever gojek atau greb itu adalah merupakan tugas yang mulia membantu pelayanan servis untuk hotel ibu sehingga tamu ibu akan merasa nyaman.walaupun saya tau dari perkataan security ibu permasalahan cuma persaingan bisnis resto aja sehingga.virus coronalah yang digunakan sebagai alasan.dan drever gojeklah sasarannya.yang ingin saya tanyakan apakan fungsi securty sudah sesui SOP karena info terakhir teryata yang jaga saat itu bukan profesi securty.sehingga cara komunikasi terlalu ngawur terlalu melecehkan profesi seseorang.dan selama ini apakah pihak hotel sudah memberi training kepada security.dan apakah securty sudah punya sertifikat securty sehingga fungsi dan peran securty berfungsi dengan baik

Saya sangat suka dengan konsep kamarnya. Kamar tidur dan kamar mandinya sangat luas dan ada island pantry di tengahnya. Kamar mandinya lengkap dengan bathtub dan sangat lega.

Kolam renang sangat luas dengan view yang menakjubkan.

Makanannya sangat enak, sarapan pagi terbaik dengan pilihan menu yang sangat banyak

Kenapa kalau gojek mau antar makanan ke hotel harus jalan ke atas bawa makanan, dan tidak bisa titip di sicuriti
Kalau bawa tamu kehotel, bisa langsung ke lobby apa perbedaan antara antar makanan sama antar tamu kehotel?
Apakah kalau gojek antar makanan ke tamu yang ada di hotel tidak menguntung kan di pihak hotel, kalau antar tamu ke hotel udah menguntungkan di pihak hotel, tolong lah om
Kami sebagai drever gojek, jangan melihat kami terlalu rendah,
Kalau pihak hotel merasa tidak menguntungkan, drever gojek mengantar makanan, ke hotel
Tolong bilang ke tamu yang ada di hotel JANGAN PESAN GOJEK,

Saya merasa sangat kecewa Dangan ada nya kata" yang keluar dari mulut securiti hotel, mengatakan driver gojek tranportasi online pekerjaan rendahan, tolong saling menghargai sesama manusia, kalian makan nasi, gojek juga makan nasi, padahal yang di lakukan gojek ataupun grab sangatlah pekerjaan mulia dengan mengantarkan makanan ke hotel maupun tamu

Awesome stay at the Renaissance, warm service staff! Basuki, Nando and front line service staff were all so helpful, especially important when we're traveling with our baby. Got to know we got upgraded to a suite was great news upon arrival. Taxi service in and out of Renaissance was efficient, balinese buffet dinner at Double Ikat was impressive, infinity pool was well maintained, sunrine yoga and other planned activities were great, free shuttle service to Pandawa beach, Roosterfish club was amazing experience! We're so grateful, thank you!

Fantastic resort hotel for the price. Hotel has great services also. Rooms are nice and clean and very modern design. Love the suites, very spacious and comfortable. Hotel has two pools very quiet and comfortable. Fantastic restaurants also. Breakfast is awesome with large selection of various cuisines including noodle bar, fruits and juice bar, dim sum bar, Indonesian section, and a western section.

Was planning to stay there but it is isolated away from everything.went there for quick visit - from outside doesn't justify whats inside.very nice place 5* standard

The hotel was fantastic. If they can have more than 2 restaurants it'll be great as 1 only operates at night. Even a mini snack shop in the hotel will be good. The house keeping always set the aircon thermostat at 18C! Always freezing cold in the room after it has been cleaned. I always wonder why are they sweeping the floors in the restaurants when diners are having their meals inside. Imagine the dust flying around while we're eating

Meski baru pertamakali kesini.tapi suasananya nyaman dan tenang.hotel dengan view yang indah yang berlokasi di jl.pantai balangan.bagi yang mau menikmati liburan di daerah kuta selatan dan khusus di balangan jangan lupa nyobain tempat ini.gak bakalan nyesel deh.view nya bener bener mantap.indah banget

Went there a week dec-jan. I was amazed by the kindness of the staff. Facilities are great, pool is nice, breakfast is awesome. Not being on the beach is in fact a plus, I thought: more isolated hotel with shuttles every hours to the hotel beach. Temp 30C, no mosquitos, sun with clouds and a couple of short showers at 5 pm.
