Fantastic hotel all the managers, staff and service is first class. Excellent Balinese cuisine on the first night. Amazing views. Close to all the tourist sites, but In a quiet secluded area. Highly highly recommend. Simon one the managers even sent us a welcome gift and letter at our next hotel!

So far the best place we are stayed in Bali. The service was top class! All staff is reading your mind and wanna do more for you. The breakfast buffet is unbelievably good and the choices are endless. All facilities and programs we found fantastic. Highly can recommend for others!

Really the best experience we had in Bali, the service and attention of the staff specifically from Mona was just stunning. First we stayed one night only, and we were having not good experience in Radisson Blue so that we moved back to this hotel. Rooms super clean, beautiful and modern. Breakfast outstanding. But for me honestly what made the difference is the level service and how they help you with everything and sort out things for you, because this is really what makes 5* hotel to get to another level. Servis sangat baik sekali terutama untuk bapak gary yg membantu memastikan semua berjalan sempurna untuk liburan saya mulai dari booking spot untuk sunset drink, reservasi seat restaurant hingga upgrade kamar ketika mengetahui ada kerusakan saluran air di kamar saya. Pak simon juga sangat aktif dalam komunikasi dan membuat liburan kami sangat berkesan. Dan untuk sarapan di komaneka merupakan salah satu sarapan terbaik yang pernah kami rasakan di lebih dari 100 hotel yg pernah kami inapi. Terima kasih atas pengalaman yang luar biasa. Kami pasti akan kembali lagi

Luxurious hotel for the price. But for the price it is not far from luxury. Only 2 capsules for coffee in the rooms. The bed is just king size and nothing more. On arrival we are told that the surrounding restaurants close at 9 p.m. Which is not the case (I think for us to have dinner there). Nothing around the hotel forced to take taxis. Not even a fruit basket in the room on arrival. And we left at 9 p.m. So breakfast the next day paid for, we couldn't have been offered a small sandwich and a drink because our flight was at 1 a.m. Prefer by far the smaller structures on the island cheaper but for those that I have done of a higher quality.here we summarize we pay for the view of the swimming pool which it is true is splendid

We loved our stay at Renaissance.
We had a large group and nothing was a problem.
The staff were the best we experienced in our whole stay in Bali. Rooms were excellent, and the breakfast was amazing.
Would recommend this Resort to anyone visiting Uluwatu.

My stay here was absolutely amazing. Room is modern looking and the bed was really comfortable. I had a special occasion planned and the staff delivered far beyond my expectations and even gave me a free upgrade of the room. Will definitely come back or recommend it to anyone going uluwatu.

We stayed at the Renaissance on the tail end of our honeymoon and it was an incredible way to end a trip. The view is unreal! With platinum status, we received an upgrade to a junior suite with garden view. The suite itself felt more like a medium sized room than a suite, and did not have a view, only trees. In asking if there was a room (not suite) with ocean view available the next day, the hotel gladly upgraded us again to an executive suite with ocean view! Very nice!

Next time we will for sure book an ocean view room in advance (well worth the incremental rate increase) - I highly suggest that for anyone as the view is incredible here. Great customer service and the best food we had at hotel in Bali! The pool is so fun and can definitely spend multiple days there. We will be back!

Amazing breakfast buffet. Two infinity pools. A Kids club and daycare. One of the comfortable beds i’ve slept in.

Menginap di bulan Oktober karena ada event. Kamar dan fasilitas hotel bagus. Kamar mandi sangat luas. View di kolam renang merupakan nilai lebih dari hotel ini. Restoran hotel ini enak dan bisa mengadakan event di restoran. Karena masih ppkm acara dibatasi sampai jam 9 malam saja. Posisi hotel cukup jauh dari tempat wisata lainnya. Yang paling dekat ada Karma Beach. Akses kendaraan cukup terbatas.

Namun air di kamar terasa asin dan kurang nyaman dikulit. Petugas hotel juga sangat sedikit. Semoga bisa di tingkatkan lagi.

Hotel ini cocok untuk yang ingin staycation atau honeymoon karena kamar yang nyaman namun jauh dari manapun.
