Excellent service! Five star resort service. It’s a bit far from Ubud but you get the tranquility of the jungle which is a lot better than being close to Ubud!

This is such a lovely place. I stayed 1 week to the ressort and my experience was extremely great. The landlords are so nice and make us feel at home. The rooms are big and beautiful. The staff is nice and always happy to help us. I do recommend this ressort to everyone.

The staff were really nice and welcoming, however food and quality of service was below average and 3 times overpriced. The resort fell below average for delivery of the many little complimentary touches they offer with your stay. The suite we stayed in needed a lot of maintenance and a working blind for the huge floor to ceiling bathroom window. Again, the staff were really nice and friendly, however they appear and acted as if they are in 5 star hotel but delivered a 1 star quality service.
