I booked the fast service and was told I’d be in and out of immigration in half an hour, maximum. This is very far from the 9 hours combined over two separate trips to immigration I endured.

When I raised the issue with the boss he blamed me for responding to the wrong member of his staff (I was contacted by several people).

Overall the service was confusing, misleading and VERY expensive. Avoid.

Service was quite OK, quick responses, however we needed to remind ourselves to get the passports back in the right time so improving organization of the final passport delivery would be nice. We had to wait for it twice, being late due to traffic is understandable here but you dont want to stay in the hotel for the whole day because of it.

Well worth the money. They picked up my passport the day after I sent an email and had it back to me in 12 days or so. No hassle, no bs, everything just worked exactly like they said it would. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Average and confusing service. They get the job done however I felt like I had to chase them up for information way too often. Reasonable price.

It was perfect. Took the fast way for 1.000.000 idr. Next day I went to the immigration for 2 hours and that was it.

My wife and I always stay for 6 months in Bali. So we need an social cultural visa. This office is very good. Price is good and the service and communication are perfect. On the immigration you get good support. Also the pasport stay at the office so for the next extensions we do not have to stress about it. They arrange it all. So we recommend this office! Asked if they could extend my kitas for me at singaraja office. They said no. Not agent for all of Bali.

They do what they say they will, but it will still take 2-3 weeks to get it done. My experience was neither easy & stress free or overly difficult. If you have the money to spare and want to avoid going to the immigration office 1 or 2 extra times, go for it. If you're a budget traveler staying in the area with time to spare, you might be better off doing it yourself.
