I don't write reviews very often but here I wanted to take the time to do so because Visa4Bali has been nothing but fantastic and professional helping me navigating through the complexity of Indonesian regulations. Staffs have always be diligent and proactive updating me on my situation. Whether on the phone, whatsapp or in person. They are always quick to answer and to clarify any misinterpretation.

I've been using this team for a few years now for visas - social visas (and extensions) and most recently, a Kitas. Have found them to be always on-the-ball in terms of process and turning things around. (It's good to monitor the deadlines and timing yourself as well, though, and check in via email on the progress). They're also good at responding to emails within 24 hours and often within just the hour (during working hours). I really trust in their ability to deliver what they say they'll deliver, on time.
