Munduk Moding Plantation Nature Resort & Spa

The most kind people I’ve ever met! Munduk’s hospitality is a world apart, I keep looking for it everywhere I go. Had the best honeymoon - with the food, tours, classes and the massage. Will definitely be returning to experience a different season

A beautiful hotel set on a stunning plantation with incredible views of north western Bali. Incredible staff who couldn’t do more to make our stay enjoyable and memorable (special thanks to Supriwan or Edi depending on the day!). The cold brew coffee was fantastic. And the Warung on site was the best meal of a 6 week trip in Asia.
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the garden, our healthy drink workshop and coffee roastery experience with Edi.
I can’t recommend this hotel strongly enough because of the staff. And I definitely hope to return one day.

Datang kesini 3 bulan yang lalu untuk honeymoon. Kondisi Bali masih belum pulih pariwisatanya tapi resort ini luar biasa.

Lokasi: harus masuk ke dalam gang & hanya bisa 1 mobil (petunjuk arah sudah cukup jelas)

Plus:
- Koneksi WiFi cepat
- Kamar bersih BANGET. Staf Munduk mampu menjaga keadaan kamar tetap bersih meski sebagian dari mereka ada yang dirumahkan (berdasarkan cerita dari mereka)
- Air panas berfungsi dengan baik
- Kamar sangat luas (konsep villa) untuk 2 orang. Ada perapiannya juga yg bisa kita minta nyalakan ke staf hotel
- Aktivitas dihotel banyak (lihat kebun kopi, trekking, ke danau dll.)
- Staff ramah

Minus:
- Tidak ada TV kabel (buat saya tidak masalah)
- Suhu kolam renang berbeda antara villa pertama & villa kedua

Secara keseluruhan pengalaman di Munduk menyenangkan & cocok untuk yang tidak suka keramaian.

FYI, saya menginap 2 malam. 1 malam di villa Frangipani (kolam horizontal) dan villa Brige (kolam vertikal. Villa ini konsepnya menyambung dengan kamar lainnya. Cocok untuk keluarga)

I'm a guide. I accompany my clients here.we walk far from parking to lobby.my clients no trolly (shuttel car/ golf car) to go to lobby.but other tourists have it.in lobby to crawded.the rooms not ready on 13.30. It will be ready in 14.30.
I ask to resepsionist "may I have a shuttle to parking? " and he say, sorry by walk sir.but I see another tourist accompany by shuttle.so I back to parking by walk. I just want to say that it turns out that the hotel does not respect the agent or person who gives them guests.they only focus on guests and don't care about the guide or the person who gives them guests.

Everything was perfect! So relaxing and the staffs were so kind and amazing. You can feel that they really take care of their guests. I’d definitely recommend staying in this place to anyone!

We stayed 5 days at MMP. The hotel is beautiful and the view is just stunning.
The service was incredibly good. We can definitely recommend this place.
If you are looking for a good driver- just ask the reception for Ketut. He was very friendly and he took us to some very nice places to visit. Also he speaks English very well.

My wife and I absolutely loved our time here. Beyond the stunning views, exceptional service, and spacious room, we were pleasantly surprised by the gym, game area, and dining. Best hotel food we’ve had in Bali hands down. Would recommend!

We stayed at the bamboo villa with a private pool and hot tub. The service in this hotel is amazing.
The things that really make this hotel stand out are:
Floating breakfast in our private pool
Hot tub at night
The beautiful main infinity pool
Private butler available at all times even on WhatsApp!
Lovely restaurant with good food
The coffee plantation walk is so beautiful and serene
Oh and the welcome coffee is so damn good!
Things that can be improved are:
Bathtub and toilet were below average in the bamboo villa, it needs major renovation.
Spa was slightly overpriced
Some people spend too long taking photos on the infinity pool and aren't considerate to others. Its understandable to take a few photos but not ok for people to be spending half an hour just taking photos in the same spot!

Overall, I loved loved this hotel and I would definitely recommend anyone that visits Bali to go there! Also take photos at different times of the day at the main infinity pool.

We had a nice time at this spa. When we arrived we were informed of the 500.000 entry voucher, which includes a meal and access to the main lodge, but unless you're an overnight guest, you don't get to use the pool and hot tub. After deciding it wasn't worth it, we were about to leave when the hostess agreed to let us use the pool and hut-tub.
Food at the restaurant was okay. I had a margarita which was very good.
The spa services were okay. My therapist kept giggling with her colleague who was massaging my boyfriend, and that made it really hard to relax. For the facial they didn't use and steam and used a peel-off mask.
For the money I felt it wasn't quite good enough, but we still had a nice day there and the staff were very lovely.

I love that place! It's one of the best hotels I've ever visited. The staff is nice beyond understanding ;) Comforts levels are very high, comparable with very expensive 5 stars hotels in Europe. The villas are just gorgeous and very comfortable and all this just for 100 Chf à night The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff will cater to any wish you may have. The hotel is located on a elevated coffee plantation which you can visit as one of the many free activities organized by the hotel staff. Good selection of coffee to buy, including the Lewuk coffee (fermented in the intestines of a small mammal) The infinity pool is amazing! Good spot for a honeymoon!

If you want to experience an amazing holidays in Bali! This is your place! Its located on top of a mountain wuth a breath taking view! The staff are amazing spacially Tini for her kindness and Pandi who spent a half day with us for the free shuttle bus and give us a lot of good advices and precious informations for the area! I'll definitely go back again

Salah satu tempat menginap di Bali yang menyuguhkan pemandangan alam perbukitan. Kolam renang nya sangat indah dengan nuasa alam yang masih alami, udara sejuk dan bersih. Makanannya enak dan kopi nya memiliki ciri khas sendiri. Good service

Such a best place to stay for you who loved nature.the fresh air and garden view with that beautiful infinity pool which is famous in Instagram️. A lot of option for breakfast and tasty Indonesian food for both Lunch and dinner. Cappuccino and latte are the best coffee that I had here. Horse riding activity, kite making, bamboo straw making just so wonderful. I'm enjoy my day

I had just visited this place and amazed with the view and the staff hospitality was super. Managed to see the lowest room category which well maintance and standard size.

Beautiful! What a gem! We went to see the lakes and surrounding area, but the land of the plantation was so beautiful, and there were so many great activities we never even left!
