Marina Srikandi Fast Boat

We paid 450.000 IDR one way to Gili Trawangan for two people. We were boarded in 20 minutes. We left right on time at 13: 00. They took good care of our bags while boarding and unboarding them. The trip lasted about 1.15 hrs. The boat was on time and the pilot did an awesome job in avoiding the waves. Good company. I'd recommend it to other travellers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Trust me when I say you'd be better off taking a later ferry service than using this one.

Avoid it at all costs, promised a 11 am drop off ended up reaching 2 hours late and missed our flight.

Absolutely the worst staff and crisis management services of the lot.

Worst experience ever! 2 hours late pick up on hotel, 4 hours delayed at harbour, so we get to gili really late and they change the return time as they wish. This is the worst travel agency ever! Really not recommended. Not really cheap but had a really poor service.

I'm very angry and disappointed! The boat was supposed to leave at 11: 30 from Gili Air to Bali, Padangbai. At 12 a boat arrived but it just went to Serenang Harbour and the next boat to Padangbai went at 3pm. So we had to take the ferry to serangan and pay for a shuttle to Padangbai. Nobody gave answers. I will never go with this company again, there are many companys for the same price!

They sold us a Ticket to Nusa Lembongan, but actually there isn't any boat of Marina Srikandi going to Nusa Lembongan.
They charged us way too much for the tickets too. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Absolutely worst boat experience ever. Very aggressive sellers who were super unorganized and wouldn't let you go until you purchase a return ticket as well.

Boat was 2 hours late and the boat ride itself took 3 hours (instead of 1 hour) because 3 out of 5 engines were broken. Also, de AC was broken and they got aggressive as were complained. Highly discourage anyone from using this boat company, especially if you have children!

Definitly stollers they are just the worst compagny.
Made us pay a crazy price promessing to bring us back home after gili trvel but they were no way back
They asked twice the normal usual price and f**** us from beginning to the end
Giving us wrong time departure we stayed stuck in gili for 2 days

Schedule changed without notice.technical problems with boat and stopped twice in middle of ocean. Not recommended.

They sold us tickets to a boat only to leave us and our infant son stranded because they had oversold the boat. Really nice to leave a family with a CHILD scrambling to find a way to Bali so that we don't miss our flight.

The worst boat trip of my life! They made us to stay on sun for 3+hours without telling why and when it will end. The boat scheduled for 1 pm departure left at 4 15. They refuelled the boat from a petrol tanker that was parked in the middle of the waiting crowd on the pier and the guy with the petrol hose was smoking non stop. When we finally boarded and departed we discovered that the boat was rusty, dirty and leaking water from all the windows. Overall it was nightmarish experience.
