Worst boat trip ever. I had a trip with them from Gili air to Nusa Lembongan. First, they arrived with 3 hours delay, then their engine broke in the middle of the see. Hopefully a big boat came to help us and towed us to the nearest harbour which was padang bai. After a journey of nearly 7 hours, they just kicked us out of the boat with no solutions to get to our initial destination, no refund, nothing. I hence do not recommend this company.

Worst boat service I have ever experienced in Indonesia.
We lost our money and our time. Avoid taking it if you don't want to live a nightmare and feel insecure the whole trip.
We took it from Gili Air, the boat already had 3 hours of delay. The captain didn't know how to drive his boat in the harbour. Then the 4 engines broke twice in the middle of the trip. No explanation of what was happening. The boat had to be pulled by a ferry, then we had to change boat to reach the harbour. We were supposed to arrive in Nusa Penida, we ended up arriving at Padangbai after 7 hours of trip instead of 2 hours. We lost one hotel night because no boat was going to Nusa Penida during the night. We were lucky that another boat company helped us finding a hotel and taking another boat the morning after for free. No refunds and no solution was offered by Marina Srikandi after this scandalous trip.

If you want to experince nearly getting killed and being six hours delayed, then this company is for you.

Not recommended. It took us more than 30 minutes of witting other passengers. There is no timing schedule

Don’t ignore these reviews! These people are the absolute bottom feeders of society. Captain told one woman to shut up and don’t talk because she asked what was happening. The boat was over 5hours late and heading in wrong direction. They dropped us somewhere entirely different with no expliantion for us to find our own way. What ever you do don’t get on a boat operated by these rogues it will ruin your holiday!

Don't use Marina SriKandi! They never came to take us back from Nusa and didn't refund anything even though we had prepaid our tickets. On the way to go they also had 1 hour delay!

Very sad boat.the air conditions not working inside the boat and they like over booked the seats.plus it’s never on time!
Save your money and time and treavling with Some other boat and make your holiday feel like one!

Don't ever try to take trips with this company. They will lie to you about everything. Today we were waiting for ferry for 7 hours, because they didn't know when it will come. We got to the ferry only by yelling at them and some screaming on the street.

What a nightmare! Our hotel booked us on this boat I wish I had read the reviews.boat 2.5 hours late then the engine broke down.took 4 hours, told nothing! No aircon, seats tiny then to be dropped off at Lombok and shoved onto another boat. Everyone completely confused no idea what is happening! No one telling us anything. Never ever again! Couldn’t locate my bag it was in amoungest the crowd trying to leave. The worst travel experience I have ever had!

Was the worse experience ever. An engine exploded on the way back to Bali. We went back to Gili and waited 4 hours for another boat. After this instead of Serangan they took us to Parangbay and just left us there. So rude with us when we wanted to ask for a transport. Never take it and more important don't put your life in danger!

Most horrible trip ever! Boat was delayed by 3 hours, no security, no information from the staff. Don't ever book this company.

Total rip-off. We payed too much in the first place but were promised three tickets for that price. Only got two in the end because they sold us a ticket to Nusa Lembongan, where they're not even going to. Also they're aggressively forcing you to buy tickets from them. Just don't go anywhere near their office in Padang Bai and you're good.

Boats too small/narrow for high seas (c. 40 seater). The swell between Gili Air and Bali can be huge near some of the reef breaks out at sea.
Seriously, go on bigger boats like Ekajaya. I am experienced with UK ferries in Irish sea & boats in Philippines, Borneo etc but this was frightening - I was sure we were capsizing. Don't risk your life!

Slow - promised 2 hours trip, but it was 3 hours. Expensive - there are another companies that are much cheaper!

Human trafficking! Choose them when you like risking your life for nothing. Would be safer to swim. Modern Pirates. Ship massively overloaded. 2h trip took 5h without explanation. No water, air condition, no one to speak to on the ship.

We were introduced to our dive instructors in a very comfortable environment. We had to walk in the water to get to the boat but our belongings were taken care of. Truly a fast boat and incredible Captain and crew. The only disappointment was the trash in the gorgeous clear Bay! Everyone listen from all Countries and help Ball's Environment! We are from California and do our best to keep our ocean clean by recycling and throwing our trash NOT in the ocean! Bali is a treasure.treat it as so!

A nightmare. We had booked return tickets with a fixed departure time. Despite this, we were not allowed onboard on Gili Trawangan. Total chaos.
