Kano Sari

Beautiful villas and gardens, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and very tasty breakfast. Staff provide a great concierge service, and are able to book massages, organise a bike to hire, a driver - and even packed us a bag of sarongs towels and water bottles to go to the water temple.

If you’re after a small, boutique hotel experience then this is it. We stayed in the Jepun room which was huge and had a lovely balcony overlooking so much greenery. Relaxing by the pool was a highlight, so was having a massage on the lower deck of the hotel. The staff were so lovely and helpful (helping to organise taxis, scooter hire, recommending local restaurants etc) and the breakfast and other meals we had on-site were incredible. Although our room wasn’t the most private (because of the nature of the villa style nature of the hotel) it wasn’t really an issue because Kano Sari can only accomodate 12ish guests so it always feels quiet and relaxed. Truly one of the most holiday accommodation experiences I’ve ever had!

Hands down the nicest experience we've ever had. The entire property was stunning and our villa was spacious and clean with a full turn down service.
The staff were out of this world and are a credit to the place. From the moment we arrived we were looked after like royalty by the super friendly and diligent reception team. They looked after airport transfers, shuttles into town, made excellent recommendations for local restaurants and they even decorated the room for a birthday. The poolside service was also amazing.
The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice.
Theres not a single thing that could have been better. Outstanding value for money.

Great, not too big hotel! The staff is fantastic, every wish is fulfilled! The hotel is located in a quieter side street to the center, with its own free shuttle service to the center. We had a great time here.

Little oasis in the hustle and bustle of Bali. Room was beautiful, relaxing, clean, and luxurious. Fell asleep to the sound of the nearby river. Staff could not have been more accommodating. Make sure to get a massage and try the Bubur Ayam.

We stayed at Kano Sari during our honeymoon on Bali, we were 100% satisfied, might have been the best experience we ever had. The location is good with a short walk distance to the center. Walking on the street we always felt safe, so it was no issue.
The place and the rooms are gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Helped us with several day tours, arranged drivers speaking English good and so friendly. Also the food is good so spend a dinner there if you can. All in all, i can totally recommend Kano Sari for a stay!:) 5*

Just 10 minutes walk from the crowded centre of Ubud is this nice little oases of green and silence. The only thing you hear is the river running through the backyard.

The crew is very polite, very nice. The food is delicious. We recommend this place for a visit to Ubud without the stress and in walking distance of everything you need and want. They even have a taxi service that will bring you in town of you don't wanna do the steps yourself. We loved being here for a week.

Me and my partner had the best time at Kano Sari! The staff were amazing and so helpful! Karen went above and beyond to accommodate us, we will definitely be back!

Kano Sari is top notch as always. Its just as we left it last time, the maintenance of this property is unique. And the caring for details (notice the new items around ️) is special. We can feel the thought and the spirit in all the small touches

Its the fifth time we have the pleasure of staying at Kano Sari and we are staying longer for each time. That is so out of character for us, we are more like going to new places and at staying different accommodation. The first meeting with Bali was Kano Sari and i think that’s one of the reasons we fell in love with the island

Wonderful accommodation, beautiful grounds and pool. Food exceptionally good consistently. Highly recommended. Add a TV with Netflix and it would be absolutely perfection! Would definitely stay here again!?

· Everything about this hotel is absolutely outstanding. The service in incredible, the food is pretty good, the pool area is amazing and the services are our of this world. Not only did I get a free room upgrade to a beautiful room with a bathtub and a view of the jungle, but the staff made sure I was taken care of 24/7. Besides the amazing everything, everything at the hotel is reasonably priced, which was a really nice surprise. All of the minibar snacks, beers, room service, massages. Everything is reasonably priced!
I know it's a little pricier than the rest of the hotels on the area, but my god, you're getting the royal treatment for a really cheap price. Don't doubt it and reserve this hotel.

Lovely place! The staff were some of the best I've experience around the world. The rooms are spacious and the patios are beautiful packing the jungle hillside. The breakfast was great new menu everyday. It's just a short 10 minute walk to the downtown core (great for getting exercise!) lovely. I would stay again

We absolutely loved our stay here. The room was so spacious, nice and comfortable. And they have AC! But what really made this place out of this world was the incredible staff running it. They are so kind and accommodating to their guests. They go the extra mile. Location is in the heart of Ubud, but tucked away enough where it’s quiet. Highly recommend.

This place is immaculate, quiet, and run by a kind and attentive staff. They only have 6 suites so it’s a very intimate property. They are very helpful coordinating tours and transportation around town. Their in house massage therapist is amazing and all of their extras were reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and well appointed. This is a great spot with some of the best value in Ubud. Thank you guys for a great experience.

Everything about our stay at Kano Sari was incredible.

Firstly, so grateful you allowed our rebooking 2 years later as we were unable to travel due to covid, I'm so glad we never cancelled.

All of the staff are wonderful, Novi, Juni, Daisy and all the other staff who made us feel like family during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Even little things like the breakfast boxes organised for our 2am wake up for My Batur were just so thoughtful.

Location was also great, just a 10 minute to the centre of Ubud, there are some amazing Warungs and local restaurants along the street too that you should definitely check out

This place is amazing, I came here to stay to check it out for some family gatherings I want to have and I absolutely loved it. Walking distance from town, quiet jungle vibes, staff are amazing, rooms are gorgeous. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Thanks Kano Sari for the best stay.

Seperti pulang ke rumah sendiri. Hanya ada 6 kamar, jadi kita sangat diperhatikan. Privacy tiap kamar sangat terjaga. Berjauhan satu sama lain. Kamar besar & fasilitas kamar lengkap. Hanya butuh kesiapan untuk naik turun tangga. Hampir semua kamar di ground floor, tapi dipisahkan oleh tangga2. Banyak outdoor space. Dalam kolam renang 125 cm, sisi terdalam sekitar 190 cm.
Staff sangat ramah, perhatian, & responsif.
Banyak destinasi, tempat makan & pertunjukan live yang masih tutup. Mbok Novi bisa membantu mengecek mana saja yang sudah buka. Bisa membantu mencarikan mobil sewa dengan harga yang bagus.

Absolutely most beautiful and relaxing place I have stayed for a long time and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It has been such a delight spending time here:) Looking forward to next time!

Delight comes in many forms and Kano Sari is truly a delight to experience. It is a haven of calm and beauty in the midst of Ubud's manic and magical markets, monkeys, temples and tourists. Within a few short days I know I should have booked a longer stay - feeling so at home in this tropical paradise - so much more to see and do than I imagined - cant wait to return.
