Had a wonderful experience here; I told them ahead of time that I am pregnant and they were very professional and let me know they are not set up to do prenatal back massage so offered me foot massage and other similar treatments which are pregnancy-safe.

I had the most relaxing foot massage and then a hair cream treatment which left my hair feeling better than it’s possibly ever felt!
Dhyana was so lovely and kind, as were all the staff at Jaens Spa Shanti.

They also gave us the most delicious spicy jasmine tea after the massages, and some sweet potato, so yum.

Please note there are TWO Jaens Spas, one in central Ubud on a main road, then this one. I would honestly go here first because it’s a more peaceful secluded location.

Best value for great quality massage. They dont invest much on the luxurious fancy looking interior and room, but actually focusing on excellent quality of massage and customer service. If you stay in Ubud you should at least have massage here. You wont regret it

We take couple room with massages and yogurt rub service.the service was amazing.the therapist really brought us to the sky lol. 5 stars!

I appreciate good service. Massage was nice, overpriced considering its twice as much as standard. Im assuming its due to the surrounding bussinesses why this place is asking for this much. They are professional hints why its 4star from me. If price was more suitable i would have given 5

Went for a massage with my girlfriend. It was great quality. The price was about 380k for two Balinese 1 hour massages. Just be careful because the price doesn't include tax and service charge. There was a private room for two with a shower, bath, and air con. Could be better if something was done about the mosquito problem in the foyer.

The best of the best spa I ever tried I lived 4 hours in heaven because of their beautiful and soft touch if you go, will never regret spending your precious time between their walls.

Came here for a Traditional Balinese Massage.and it was the best we’ve had in all of Bali. From the pickup at our hotel to entering the Spa Centre, to the great massage and shower after.everything was literally perfect!

Would have gone several more times if I was in Ubud longer!

Yes! Great spa experience in Ubud. Expensive for Indonesia, but this spa gives you the premium spa experience.

That's really an amazing massage for me. Welcome tea before the massage and goodbye tea after.
The therapist was doing her stuff right on the good spots, strong, but definitely with a positive results at the end.

Very relaxing. I went to Jaen’s Spa in Ubud town and they drive me to their other Spa further out of Ubud. Beautiful surroundings. Ayu was my masseuse and she was very very good and caring and mindful of being too much pressure or not enough. I finished with a lovely hot shower with shampoo and conditioner. Then a hot lemon honey drink and sweet potato and coconut snack.
Price was very good for 90 minutes. $30 Australian.

I was a little apprehensive when reading other reviews about how this place had the best massages around but after been there I whole heartly agree, the service, the massages, the place was leaps ahead of everywhere elsewhere been and that doesn't mean just Bali, would highly recommend, it is a little pricier than other places, we paid 380,000 IDR for 2 hours but definitely worth it, just disappointed to find this on our last day in bali.

We had a really great experience during our Spa package, friendly staff and good quality service for a nice price. There were some issues with a miss payment but the team resolved it quickly. Would recommend.

Amazing treatments and service. The staff took their time and ensured we were also happy with the massage pressure and the treatment.

We also did the mask and scrub. I’ve had several in the past and this was the best mask and scrub I’ve had. The process felt great and the skin didn’t feel gross whilst the scrub or mask were on. Love the rose petal bath at the end.

The tea and sweet potato was also delicious.

Would definitely come back.
