Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

Do yourself a favor and stay at a local non American hotel as they do not accommodate for anything that is not within their job descriptions. If you arrive late into Bali hungry do not come stay here as they do not have room service and their kitchen closes at 10: 30 PM. Their snack room is full of junk food and when you ask them for help to order take out they refer you to Mc Donald’s and KFC. Stay at a local hotel where people actually care about their guest needs.

System malfunction caused my booking to get messed up. Took around 1-2 hours to fix the issue after arguing profusely. Also, there was a cockroach in my room.

Friendly smiles and caring staff all around. I had problems with intermittent wifi connection but the front desk officer, Rischa, made sure that the problem was solved. She even went the extra mile by calling the tech team before my visit! Thank you guys! <3

A convenient hotel near the airport. Lovely clean & spacious bedroom, delicious food & breakfast, fantastic & helpful staff. Another good Hilton (Garden Inn). Recommended.

Booked a family room for 2 adults and two kids for 2.8 mio. IDR to spend 6 hours during our layover. Airport pickup did not work, the room had 1 double bed and it took 1 hour to get an additional bed set up. Very poor service at the pool bar. No value for money.

Stayed here for last evening of our trip before a flight home in the morning. Had a very comfortable stay and very much enjoyed using the gym and the buffet breakfast. The staff were notably very friendly and extremely helpful! Good customer service goes a long way so thank you

This hotel was phenomenal. We only stayed one night as we were in transit to our vacation villa in Ubud, but it was just great. The food was amazing. The rooms were so comfortable and clean and updated. It made for a great welcome to Bali after a 26.5 hour flight. If you’re needing somewhere close to the airport to crash before or after a flight this is the spot!

Perfect place to stay right after a long flight, amazing breakfast and room. I didn't give 5 stars because there were issues with the free shuttle service from the airport, and we had to get a taxi instead which we definitely overpaid for. Overall would recommend.

We were dining Breakfast and Dinner throughout my stay.

They had coffee maker (hot water kettle), tea bags, milk sachet and two bottle of water.
