Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

Motorcycle rental service, airport taxi service, and luggage storage service were all good.

The service is very good. Compared with the villas in Bali, it is much neater. The towel men by the pool have different shapes every day, which is very funny.

I do not recommend at all, as it is only for transit, the Services are very basic and nothing to do with a 4 stars hotels. It is understaffed so poor service. I do not recommend the hotel. It does not deserve 4 stars. Understaffed hotel. Guests are not nicely welcomed and staff can be rude. At The checkin, whatever they descrived to you, they immediatelly present the punishment: we give you the room key but if you lose it, we charge it 50.000. We give you the room but if you smoke there we charge 10000000 roupies. You have to ask for basics things. I wanted to try the massage (charged 3 times the public price) and she even does not speak english, the room is old and dirty, i have attached pictures.

In general, it is a hotel that I use when arriving at and returning from the airport. I especially enjoy its lobby and I often stay for half a day. The price is very reasonable. It is useful to pay attention to cleanliness. Especially the corridors are very dirty. Thank you

Good place when you arrive in Bali, nice price and rooms. Ours was on the 3rd floor to the pool. Friendly staff.

Didn’t like: carpets in the hallways are terrible and ugly - pls change ;-)

Didn’t expected lizard in a such a luxury hotel. Service was extremely slow and we found lizard in our room. Room service came after half n hour to attend us. Didn’t like the service very disappointed from Hilton. Not appreciated at all.

Lots of choices in the buffets and at breakfast but not very many are good. Room was spacious and comfortable.

The building is dated. The loby area is hot, and uncomfortable to hang around. Room is dirty, and has strong damped odours. Breakfast was very ordinary. I got my breakfast in a box as I checked out early on my second morning. The food was terrible. It was practically just throwing any food laying around in the kitchen in the box. Just horrible. I won't recommend this Hotel at all. It is ashamed as I have had positive experience with Hilton, not this one!

A nice hotel close to the airport - free shuttle is available. Room is nice and tidy. The breakfast buffet has wide range of selection of western and Asian/Indonesian food. The hotel gym is pretty big and complete.
Cons: slow wi-fi. Location is pretty isolated, but hotel has a small convenience store for basic necessities.

Good furniture and good design. This new hotel is located near the Ngurah Rai airport (outside of the airport). I had a good experience with all staffs here. Their staffs not only did a great job, they were also very kind and nice. Thank you Ms. Intan for the services.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in July. It is very close to the airport which makes it a good transit hotel.
Room is comfortable and spacious just like other Hilton properties and come at an excellent price too. The staff is friendly and helpful.
One thing they can improve is the breakfast spread and taste. Felt too average.

Pretty close to the airport, though I don't know if it's necessarily walkable. Bali in general is not that friendly to pedestrians due to small sidewalks and small roads. However, the Hilton has a shuttle. Look for a guy with a sign for the Hilton garden inn, and he will call the shuttle. The rooms are clean, service is good, there's apool and an indoor fitness room. I didn't actually go to either do I can't comment.

Great Service! Wonderful empathetic staff! Ambience is pleasing! Location is near airport. Although it's great that you don't have to travel 3 hours after your long flight to go to your hotel, this is not near any tourist spot. So you still have to travel to tourist spots that will take 3-4 hours of travel. Worst traffic in Bali Indonesia

Loved this hotel wasn't expecting much for a garden inn. Rooms and hotel were modern and clean. Free airport shuttle with driver meeting you at the arrivals with a red garden inn sign. Has a very nice pool. And reasonable prices around 100AUD.or 5000 HHpoints. I had a late flight so this was a handy stop before moving to my main hotel the next day.

Probably the best HGI I have stayed at. Although very close to the airport, this place offers a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city: relaxing by the way pool, chilling out at the restaurant, or simply sleeping it out in the nice spacious rooms. The breakfast spread is great! HHonors status is well recognized here. And thanks for upgrading me to a suite!
