Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

Second time staying at the hotel in last 6 months, quality has slipped a little but I think that is due to the renovation s/new pool complex being added (which looks like it will be amazing and will return to check out!)

Awsome hotel for kids lot of option for food, kids really can enjoy there are several pool for them and play area

We stay for 6 days and everyday we love it! Staff are friendly and helpful always make sure we have what we need.
Breakfast have a huge selections and am so trill with "jamu", omelet bar and bakso. Food are amazing.
Hotel location close to everything, water sport, jimbaran seafood dinner, all this gorgeous beaches.melasti, pandawa, padang padang, dreamland and garuda wisnu kencana.
Definitely recommend and would love to stay again in our next visit!

Awesome resort, nice beach, very clean rooms and food is delicious. Staff is very friendly and always welcome you with a warm smile. Worth every penny I spent. Definitely will come back next time.

Menginap di sini sangat menyenangkan, terdiri dari 2 bangunan hotel yg terpisah oleh Pura, Staf nya ramah, saya belibur bersama keluarga dan di berikan tambahan free extra bed, breakfast nya pun lumayan enak, hanya saja pantai nya yg kurang elok dan bau amis, tp semua itu tertutupi dgn fasilitas yg ada.anak-anak saya pun senang n bahagia. A lovely hotel, the staff take it to a different level - fantastic, always happy, always helpful, uplifting food for the soul.

If you want to spend your hard earned money with a construction view. Breakfast is good. Hotel and rooms are quite old. Not a five star hotel!

2nd time in this year staying here. Perfect place to enjoy your bonding time with family. Everythings superb including beach. Full of watersport activities and nearby to mart and starbucks. Halal food serve here too. I loves Grand Mirage Resort.

Very nice rooms, right on the beach, great property and amenities for kids, Italians restaurant on beach can have more options or can be a great barbeque place as well.

We had booked an Ocean view room, but they gave us a room at the end of the hotel, where the beach view was totally blocked. Upon multiple requests, they did change the room but again, the view wasn't as good as expected. The service could be better, as we wasted nearly 2 hours in changing to a better room. Breakfast was really good, with a wide range of food, many live stalls and good quality food. The activities at the hotel were also very entertaining, and the beach is very clean.

Made a trip to this hotel for The Seawalker tour, so we didn't actually stay here! However, I must say that the hotel is beautiful and the staff were super helpful and courteous. It also has it's own access to the beach which is about a 2-4 minute walk from the hotel, so that's a good thing! Not to mention, lots of water sports are readily available to you!

Perfect ambience, great staff and cool location. They have great outdoor pools and that too 3 in number! They have their own gaming room and an entire part of the resort that is dedicated for games and play station. I would give it a 5star and can recommend it for stay when in Bali.

What an awesome place. The Desk manager and even the res manager Ayu what great hospitality. This place is filled with wonderful, kind and caring people. SUPERB!

The view is very nice, great facilities. Just the room us very moist, makes uncomfortable. Would rate 5 if the rooms is great.

Their private beach, though not large but clean and well maintained.with its calm water, it's perfect for swimming with kids/elders. Decent service but can be improved. Breakfast option varies, from basic menu to indian and indonesian food. We chose ocean view and we're satisfied.

All inclusive gold package only way to go, Deka doing service around pool area is awesome always happy and knows his cocktails, off which he made me plenty in our week there love this place back for sure one day

One of the best family hotels in Bali hands down! Make sure you get the family rooms at the family paradise which is their new building. Huge playroom and game room area, a mini water park, pool and a calm beach. They have a coin laundry with ironing + public microwaves you can use. A minimarket and a Starbucks right beside it.

Was a good experience but very impersonal. Lives the waterfall created in the courtyard near the reception. Quite a dramatic feature

One of the best resorts in Bali. It has an attached beach and the service is excellent. Staff is courteous and it's not too heavy on the pocket either.
