Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali

My partner and I have been to the grand mirage several times, and we always enjoy our time there.
What makes it notable are the staff.
This time, the staff that stood out were Predy, Gus Dek, and Suparta. They showed the level of professionalism and service we expect of the grand mirage, but they went above and beyond in helping us feel welcomed and like they genuinely were glad to have us as guests.
Their kindness and enthusiasm is not something that can be taught, but rather reflects on them as people.
This may seem a bit cheesy, but thats the impact they had on our stay.

The hotel is good and big.

The best part is Indian Restaurant and the food is amazing, delicious never expected such tasty Indian food at Bali. The Chef Negi has amazing hands and the food is really delicious.

The hospitality of the staffs of Grand Mirage was extremely well. Wira at lobby, night manager Mr Pramana was super cooperative.

Miss Arishanti, Mr Mudiana at morning breakfast time amazing people.

The morning incharge at reception Ms Sukma and Mr Dharma helped ease of checkout.

The housekeeping Mr Sudayasa, Ms Cynthia Ms Henry (Trainee) Ms Sinthia (Trainee) Mr Alex Ms Jenita extremely perfect amazing cleanliness.

We had 5 rooms and we thank grand mierage management for exclusive Indian restaurant and buffey counter in morning and the Indian food was simply awesome.

I liked the place, the service and breakfast are perfect, the rooms are good, there is a lot of humidity, but this is not specific to hostels. The pools are lavish, the beach is cleaned, but there is quite a lot of sea grass in the water.

Beautiful resort. A place where the photos do not do it justice because of how clean and well maintained it is. The staff there couldn’t be more professional, caring, and friendly. The perfect place for a romantic getaway or family vacation.

Get the all inclusive food & drinks package as this Resort has anything & everything. Many Restaurants, 3 x pools (infinity pool with no kids).
Another hotel down the road for family & kids. This kid part of the Resort is fantastic for kids. Next time we will bring the Grandkids.

Best relaxing vacation

Only negative is the beach nice golden sand but the water area, isn't inviting.

The Thalasso Bali spa is amazing. Your experience will be pure relaxation (ask for Asih, she is amazing) try the Aqua pool it is nothing I have ever experienced. My body felt amazing after it.

Price of accommodation is reasonable but the quality of breakfast buffet is slightly poor.

Was at the place in 2015. We were pleasantly surprised by the property itself. Also the breakfast options were really good. The beach of this resort is also clean and well maintained. Thank you for the pleasant stay

Extraordinary

The best part of Grand Mirage Resort & Thalasso Bali is most probably its private beach. The whole beach is well maintained, and staff clears out all the spots frequently to have this area neat and clean.

The breakfast had a wide variety of vegetarian food. There is a whole section of delicious Indian food in the breakfast if you are into that. There is an Indian eatery also there.

The room was spacious and had a pleasant balcony. There are a couple of supermarket stores just outside the resort. The staff is very attentive and always tends to clear out any queries that you may have.

Grand mirage thalaso temporary closed bcoz under renovation.u can book this hotel but u can't stay here, staff will arrange u move to grand mirage family paradise which is newer but smaller than thalaso.

Saya memesan grand mirage Resort Thalasso sesuai digambar foto, eh tanpa pemberitahuan info ternyata tutup dan diindahkan ke grand mirage sebelahnya yg type family paradise. Dan parkirannya sempit susah

Cuma hal2 yang baik saya kasian sama staftnya yg begitu ramah berusaha maxsimal juga dengan segala keterbatasannya (sebab stafnya yg melayani itu itu saja, sama orangnya) dan saya juga dapat ugrade kamar.

Decent and warm welcome by staff was adorable. Room was clean and same as shown in sites. Staff always ready to assist. You get mostly all cusines with good taste. Private beach is clean to get tan and best part is yoga in swimming pool. I had great stay here.

Hotel dengan fasilitas yg Lengkap utk Anak2. Anak2 sangat enjoy dengan smua fasilitas yg ada. Sarapannya enak & melimpah, lunch & dinner jg ga’ kalah enak. Fasilitas di kamar juga lengkap.and we will back again.thank’s Grand Mirrage?

Ke sini cuma bentar karena ktemu keluarga dan yg isi cuma 1 kamar, miris, pdahal tempatnya sooo cozyy

Amazing service and cleanliness. Best breakfast with thin crust chicken. Especially no pork menu, friendly for moslem guests.

Saya kemarin 26-12-2020 kebetulan mendapat job mengantar food untuk tamu di room 309.
Seperti biasa saya melangkah ke Lobby untuk menitipkan pesanan makanan di receptionis seperti yang diminta tamu.
Tapi oleh security dihadang dan diminta untuk membalik jaket yang beratribut (sedangkan saya menggunakan jaket polos) dan saya dilarang membawa Tas Food karena ada logo atribut. Malah saya diminta untuk menggunakan Tas plastik/kresek yang itu bertentangan dengan peraturan Dinas Lingngkungan Hidup dan diatur oleh Perda Provinsi Bali. Apakah security disini tidak dibekali pengetahuan yang cukup dan juga sopan santun?

Excellent stays.
Staffs are very kind, foods are great and kids are in paradise with various choice of plays and activity indoor and outdoor also water sports.
Very recommended and definetly will come back here when visiting bali again.

Pengalaman menginap di Grand Mirage Family paradise saat pandemi. Dapat harga super murah dibanding biasanya. Ambil paket E-learning kamar bunk bed untuk 2 dewasa+3anak. Free BF, lunch/diner&water sport. Anak2 sangat suka sekali disana sampai ga mau pulang.hehe.fasilitas anak sangat lengkap, ada mini waterpark, seluncuran, indoor&outdoor playground, wall climbing, game room dll. Pelayanan sangat memuaskan. Menu makanan kbykn pilihan western menu. Saat breakfast sdh bisa prasmanan. Interior&eksterior hotel bagus. Satu2nya yg kurang memuaskan adalah pantainya, kurang bersih. Mungkin krn warga skitar bs msk wilayah pantai. Oya dan ckp banyak anjing berkeliaran di sekitar pantai. Tapi overall hotelnya oke banget untuk liburan keluarga.

Great staff great. Room we were in needed a refurb but overall very comfortable. All inclusive hotel and food was decent great if you have a family. Facilities pretty good too can use 2 hotels next to each other. Chinese restaurant was great

Deceitful hotel that says it’s all inclusive and offers a package that does not say all inclusive. However, when you book all inclusive, you get breakfast only. No one mentions you have to do gold all inclusive. Also if you book through any other site but theirs, then forget about the amenities such as airport shuttle which should be free. It’ not free unless you book through their exact site. On top of that, booked an ocean premier room and was put in a corner and could only see a pool. They didn’t understand why that was a big deal. All in all, this isn’t a place I would ever stay again, it’s a trap and most places on the same strip are friendly and straight forward. Good luck!
