Fontana Hotel - Bali

Kurang paham sih kenapa reviewnya lebih dari 4.kamar kurang enak: kasur kurang enak, sepreinya juga bukan seprei hotel yang lebut gt.kamar kecill, interior & prabot jadul, tv buram dan ga bisa ditonton soalnya settingan tempat GABIASA

tapi untuk makanan lumayan lah banyak pilihan.

Harganya MAHAL loh, karena ga bisa tidur dengan nyaman ga betah akhirnya saya pindah hotel keesokan harinya.

Place is the warmest I've ever been to. Staff are absolutely courteous and kind, always trying to keep nuisance at minimal, they're like ninjas; cleaned my room without being noticed and don't really bug guests when it comes to "mandatory" tipping. It's not 5,6 or 7 stars just 4, it is simply a cosy, warm and captivating retreat; away from life with your loved ones.

Friendly and helpful people everywhere - in reception, helping with bags, serving us food and drink, providing towels and sunlounger mattresses by the pool, cleaning our room, at the security gate, driving us in the hotel (free) courtesy car to the shops and beach, in the awesome coffee house. Even the gardeners are most obliging - absolutely incredible!

Clean and tidy hotel and room. The bed is a little firm but sleepable. We did 11 nights. Wifi is a little slow, but works. Staff are great and the hotel locatuon is great because it's away from the hustle of the big tourist area.

Fontana always good in service n facilities. Proximity to local amenities and 24 hours food also great.
Pleasant stay. Always being my first choice to stay in Bali for me and my Family.

Strategic location for who people like culinary, nice atmospire and good breakfast with many variety. In the room have complate facility with slipper. Clean and comfort.

I came here with high expectation with a good name of Fontana Hotel as 4 stars Hotel. Overall my experience regarding the hotel was quite nice. I always love spacious bathroom, which is you had in superior room in this hotel. Love the bed size, the aircon is great.
The breakfast is need to be improve, the taste, the variant, and the presentation is worst than you expected. So far from Sunny 16 images which is have a tasty food and coffee, staff in the breakfast not helping much and more sweet and kind to non-Indonesian guest. One major problem regarding somehow they called "hotel policy". When I came to the hotel around 3.40 pm, i asked the security where is the motorbike parking lot, and he asked me a bit rude "what is your purpose in the hotel? " i said to him i want to check in in the hotel because i have reservation. And then he is not even apologize to me and show me the parking lot location. This issues not stop there, I stay with my little sister, who came two hours after me check in, when my sister came, she asked security nicely to be info where is the motorbike parking lot. As the security respond to asked her ID to exchanged with Visitor Badge. She then explained that she's stay at the hotel, info the security our room number and she even said that she is a guest there. But the security still asking her ID and exchanged it to visitor badge that she have to wear. Which is odd, that no one guest in the hotel wear those badge same like her. I asked the front office to explained why she have to wear those, why they dont believe that my sister is a guest there and insist to gave her the badge. They said is policy to all guest. And two hours later, i asked my friend which is she is not Indonesian to came over, and the security not even asked her purpose to come to hotel, what is her room number or ID. She just came with her motorbike and enter easily. If this racism towards indonesian guest, guess so. And then we thinking maybe they are like this just because we came as complimentary guest. Which is believe those attitude is not reflection of hotelier at all. Even we are there as complimentary we are still guest, even we are Indonesian doesnt meant we dont have money or we cant pay and deserve to be treated like those. Maybe this is the problem among hotel in Kuta, but they should know and can knows differences which one is a call girl and which one is guest. I believe Fontana can do it better regarding this matter.

Easy reservation process. Arrival confirmation service is good. Quick check-in process and friendly services. Having complete facilities with high quality in its class. We are very surprised with their reception. Great budget hotel, conveniently located near the Bali airport. Clean and comfortable rooms with a modern design, nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Sudah kali kedua menginap di Fontana dan selalu menyenangkan. Friendly staffs, always smiling. Clean and very coZy room. Breakfast had an amazing food! Good job

Spacious room, quiet, so peaceful. I love the pool, salad and the cocktails. Sure, I'll be back here again when visit Bali.the staffs are really helpful, thou you can feel what's called hospitality. SuperB!

Rooms are cosy and comfortable.
Make sure to eat the breakfast there. (Spoiler alert: It has a wide variety)

Tempatnya nyaman, service bagus dan pelayanan ramah, cukup tenang walaupun berada di jalan dewi sri yang super ramai, hidden gem in the city

Hotel ini bisa dibilang cukuo murang dibanding dengan fasilitas yang sangat bagus, semua yang kalian haraplan dihotel sudah ada disini, serta pelayanan yanh cukup ramah dan baik, sarapan pagi yang cukuo beragam dan enak, serta tempat yang bersih dan sangat dekat dengan tempat wisata yang ada.

Everything is perfect, the service, the hospitality, the room, the bar, the beverages and food.just need additional seats during breakfast to accommodate guests
