Fontana Hotel - Bali

One of the best hotels, very clean corridors, elevators, reception and rooms.
Restaurant have variety in meals with good taste, and very very delicious fruits.staff are very helpful.
Hope to have another days in Fontana.

1. Kesan ruangan hotel terutama plafond ruangan pendek (ruang meeting/ruang menuju room)
2. Kolam renang agak kurang terawat, air keruh dan banyak guguran (daun/bunga)
3. Area taman dan area seputaran pool kurang disapu bersih
4. Petunjuk parkir mobil tamu kurang jelas.
5. Pintu masuk hotel tidak jelas karena ada cafe/resto yg ditunjukkan satpam sbg akses masuk hotelnya, mestinya isikan petunjuk jelas guna tamu akses hotelnya krn tamu tdk ada urusan dg ke restoran/cafe nya.
6. Layanan makanan dan Snack rehat kopinya cukup memadai.

The room was clean, and even we got upgraded to the room with pool view balcony.
The staff was very kind and lovable during our stay.
The foods for our breakfast was variative and delicious as well.
So far it was great experience to stay at The 1o1 Bali Fontana! Recommended!

Rooms are spacious but needs rugs near the bed. Staff are friendly but very young staff element and service is very slow for everything. No management visible. Budget friendly hotel.
Can do with some TLC.

The staffs are very friendly, the place was clean from the lobby, kids area and also the pool.

The room itself is quite big and it was very comfortable

The location might be a bit far from tourist attraction, but it is in the center (Sunset Road), so it is easy if you want to go to Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud, Nusa Dua, etc

From the hotel you can also walk to nearest restaurants, there are some good restaurants near here (Nasi Tempong Indra, Ibab, or 10 mins walk to the Dewi Sri food court)

You can also walk to Krishna Oleh-Oleh Bali where you can buy souvenirs, it is just behind the hotel around 3 mins walk. Or just beside the hotel to find Bali Banana

That's why I really like this hotel location where you can get everything within near distance

Hotel yang bagus, kolam renang bersih, makanan breakfast enak, kemana-mana deket. Minusnya lantai kamar dan kamar mandi licin sekali. Nginap disini 7 hari 3x kepeleset.

Servicenya dan komunikasi antar staff diperbaiki dong. 2 hari nginap ga dapat parkiran terus, diarahkan ke samping belakang hotel, katanya security dipos depan hotel ada security yg akan mengarahkan. Nyatanya ga ada. Parkir bener2 dipinggir jalan, untuk hotel bintang 4 lho.
Hari terakhir checkout jam 10.sambil nunggu mobil diambil saya sempatkan deh ambil breakfast yg blm saya ambil. Info staff perempuan resto dipencatatan kamar Waktu kurang 20 menit, oke saya boleh ambil roti ya bawa keluar, oke katanya
Sampai dalam udah saya bawa pakai tissue, 1 helai roti tawar, 1 donat gula, 1 pastry bersemut.tiba2 staff laki-laki didalam melarang saya bawa

Asli deh, saya kayak ngemis roti. Langsung saya taruh aja dimeja depan staff laki2 dan staff pembuat pancake, hadeh.

Moreover, in addition to our work at the hotel, Ms. Ayu also directed us to several amazing destinations around the area to create destination videos. These locations showcased the beauty and charm of Bali, allowing us to capture captivating footage that will surely entice viewers and potential guests.

Working with Ms. Ayu was truly a pleasure. Her professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail made the entire project enjoyable and fruitful. She created a collaborative and supportive environment that fostered creativity and innovation.

It deserved the four stars review.the hotel already 6 years old, just basically another few years for a minor refurbishment, however, the room was good, staffs were nice, food was OK, coffee shops available, kids playroom needs more toys. Overall was good experience.

Best 3 star hotel in affordable price. If u are thinking for a vacation in Bali then hotel Fontana is the best place to relax it has a bar, a spa nd a beautiful swimming pool nd the room service is also good. 24/7 staffs are there to help u out

Fontana the best accomodation on dewi sri. Big room. With surprise welcoming honeymoon. Have restaurant and 24 hours cafe and cheap with additional discount. Staff was excelent. Have pool with kid pool and corner kid.

One of the best hotels visited till date. But the staff are not so friendly. Other than that loved our stay

There is nothing special with this hotel. But I really satisfied with the spacious room and clean bathroom. Staffs are friendly, and the location is pretty strategic, quite, and no noise at all.

Swimming pool is good, clean, and refreshing. Yeah, I enjoy stayed here!

I think I have nothing to say about the hotel, its services and behavior of the staffs. I just want to say thanks to all the members associated with Fontana Hotel for providing us very good hospitality during our stay. The location of the hotel is also good, it has nearby Kuta beach and Legian street (Night Street) and more. My family especially my children liked this hotel very very much. Once again thanks to Fontana from the beautiful country Nepal.

Fontana Hotel is great for its affordable price with its big, clean and comfortable bedroom including the standard hotel facilities. I enjoyed my 2 night stays at the hotel but i'd like to suggest for installation of sound proof system in each room as it was quite noisy during the time that i stayed and also there was a disturbance on the early morning due to the false fire alarm. Beside these two, i was quite satisfied.

The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was great and comfy. Thank you for arranging the change of our room. Thank you:)

Love the room, love the facilities love the coffee, has good massage and spa. I haven't tried a menu from restaurant and cocktails from the bar. I will come back again.

Everything is good except for the food we are not confident whether it is Halal or not. They do serve pork in room service but claim the food serve in the breakfast are halal.

Great place! Room looks very premium and services of staff were awesome! Wish the gym was bigger and had more equipment but I understand that not everyone works out during their holiday so it's understandable but really happy that the hotel has a gym!:) Till next time!
