Been here on 2016, rated as 5, but not now. Something definitely changed here from service point and in term of sanitary. Person on reception should be more pleasant. Only icy staff now.

The worst gel I have ever recieved. The took off my nails that I had before, basically just ripping them off which I could have done myself with no extra cost. The whole process took over 3 hours and 4 nails lifted before I even walked out of the place, therefore had to stay longer to have them fixed. I would not recommend any gel service here at all.

Do not come here for waxing. Extremely unsanitary. The woman did not use gloves for a Brazilian wax and used the same stick in the wax pot each time. Very concerning

Had a great gel manicure here. The technician did exactly how I wanted my nails and the layers weren’t as thick as some other places have been. Was super speedy. Thank you so much!

The girl at the reception should be more attentive to the customers than the phone, she was unpleasant. No recommend.

This is my main salon when I come to bali. I love the speed and time efficiency. Can do hair, mani pedi all in one hit less than one hour. More time to enjoy Bingin Beach. They have express shellac just cuticle removal shape and polish, you’ll probably need some hard skin on your feet to protect you from the coral shallow entrance of the ocean. If your on a detox here highly recommend removing all polish let your nails breathe.

Awful place with non-professional therapists. I need to interrupt my treatment 4 times (!) to fix problems: the music was crying, people around made many noise, the water, air and the scrub were cold as ice. It’s unbelievable, guys! I came there to relax but got more stress: (

The receptionist was incredibly rude, there were a few things that we wanted to try there but we were really put off by the snobbery of the lady. Not a Balinese spirit that’s for sure

I went there for a manicure, pedicure and a massage. My partner had a male pedicure and callus removal treatment. The prices are reasonable for all of the mentioned. It's not a posh spa but it's comfortable and clean.

The mani and pedi area faces full length glass windows so it's bright and cheery, which is nice. The massage rooms are comfortable and clean. They have a bath area for you to wash up after your massage too.

You can book by WhatsApp and that's very useful for tourists/visitors. They also take credit cards and from what I know, they take Visa and AMEX.

I got shellac mani & pedi done there and I absolutely love it! It was around ~£10 for each. My husband got a 60 minute massage and he was also very satisfied with the service.

I had full body massage and keratin hair treatment.

My masseur really knew what she was doing and was very friendly. After the full body massage, there are also private shower rooms connected to the massage rooms.

My hair treatment was good too, the massage while getting my hair treatment was amazing.

As they have hair, nail and body massage services, it seemed like a good place for couples instead of only for women.

Great place! Catering for all personal needs plus a profesional team. Loved the easy access & delivery of service!

I did a manicure and however the girl who helped me was very kind, she managed to cut me three times while doing my cuticles. There was blood all over my nails and all together I had to sit down for an hour and a half (she had to wait painting until the blood stopped flowing). I don't know how the other girls/treatments are and the salon is very pretty, so that's why I rate two stars in total.

Great spa clean spa. Very relaxing with good pressure. A little pricey compared to the smaller street spas but it was worth it.
