I love coming here for my waxing, manicures and different hair treatments. The girls are very professional, the products used are ultra high quality and the place is very pretty.

I wish I had them with me in Australia:) The oxygen aging treatment was the most complete I ever had. Deep clean with multiple creams, hands, oxygen machine and mask.and a full neck, face, arms and hands I did not expect. A lot of love and dedication. Then, about the keratin treatment It was a lovely gesture to receive a personalised recomendation specifically for my hair type.

Went to the spa with my girlfriend: I had a full-body massage and a spontaneous haircut. I was absolutely positively surprised. The massage was professional and deep but not painful. I felt very good afterwards. The masseuse only didn't address one problem area on the back enough - you probably have to ask for more, also difficult due to the language barrier.
I then spontaneously let my friend persuade me to get a haircut - I was very pleasantly surprised, and I'm quite difficult with hair. The hairdresser worked very precisely and implemented exactly my wishes. Really great!

Great service and experience at this spa. Balinese massage was both relaxing and relieving. Premium experience for a great price. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

My boyfriend and I came to this spa today to get my gel nails filled with a manicure for me and a pedicure for my boyfriend.
My nail designer was called Dania. She was very friendly and sweet. She worked carefully and kept asking me if I was satisfied. Overall, my boyfriend and I are very happy. Since there were many reports complaining about pain, I told Dania at the beginning that she should work extra carefully. Neither I nor my friend felt any pain.
The result itself was also successful. Thank you very much.

By far the best spa I’ve tried in Bali, coconut scrub and massage with Adiana was incredible and a perfect ending for my vacation. And I gotta say the facial with Liya was the best I’ve ever did and I did a lot of facials, I did pore cleansing with her and I had a situation with my baby and she was so helpful I really appreciate all her efforts. Did a haircut with Eka for me and my toddler and it was very nice

Great salon; definitly worth a visit

Unfortunately not good for mani and pedi.
1.mani/pedi has never been so painful like there
2.the quality / result wasn't that good and
3.it destroyed my nails.

I went there several months. The last 2 times I've been there, the gel polish (which usually is lasting 2-3 weeks for me) was starting to go off after 1 day! The layer is not consistent also and after the mani/pedi there my finger / nail-beds always hurt for a few days…

What’s upsetting me the most is that my nails got so thin, that they are thin like paper now. I had the feeling the nail therapist are removing too much when using the machine because I didn’t have this problem before at other places. Maybe I’m wrong with this assumption but either way my nails got very damaged and now that I changed the spa again, I don't have any pain during or after the mani/pedi and my nails are recovering.

I wish I could say something different and hope this helps to improve the quality (as I can see from the reviews I am not alone with this).

I m very delighted with the experience w acrylic nails. Was done with perfection. As was my first time was a bit concerned about it but was very well done. Last for weeks and I went back to do my refill. And also was done meticulously and results was fantastic. Esthetic Spa Uluwatu is very unique and comfortable place. I have massages there on yesterday afternoon from meeting with the receptionist on behalf of Meri giving the first service which was very friendly, polite, as well as detailed information then Meri gave the therapist advice on behalf of Putri which made me very relaxed massaged until I fell asleep. I suggest to anyone who reads Esthetic Spa Uluwatu, I highly recommend it and I will definitely go back there for another massage.

I simply wanted to renew the gel polish on my hands. But the color and cuticle removal was so painful I had to stop after removing because some nails were already bleeding and my cuticle was hurting a lot. I mentioned many times to be less rough because it hurts but yeah…. Unfortunately can’t recommend for nails: (

I booked for 2 people 2 days prior our massage, then called to confirm an hour before and said they are fully booked. Disappointing

I‘ve been to a lot of beauty places in the last few years for waxing. Almost every time the people were slow or not good. But here at Esthetic Spa was the staff fast and good! And I‘ve never had so less pain during a bikini waxing! Well done! Happy with the result. Can recommend them! The prices are okay as well.

I went here with some friends, all of us didn’t like the massage. I was pretty disappointed, it seemed like the masseuse didn’t like and didn’t know what she was doing. I felt like being petted like a dog, and not in a loving way. She forgot one part of my body, scratched me with her nails a couple of times, and at the end I didn’t felt like I got a massage. While it costs the same as some way better ones.
