D'camel Fast Ferry

My hotel helped me make the booking. The person picked me up is called Harry. He is very nice and we had a very chill chat while we were waiting for the boat.
There was also another lady helping with the booking. She's very friendly as well.

The staff will help you transferring your bulky items so you don't have to do the hard work. Respect to them.

Take note that your foot will get into the water, so wearing slippers and shorts will be the best.

The boat we took was 30’ late. The sea was in good condition and the previous boat on time.
I think the organization was not so good with luggage and hundreds of boxes we had to take with us.

Never on time, 2 hours late each way the other boats faster, paid for private car transport but had to share trip took over 5 hrs bad experience cannot recommend

Hatten eine Tagestour nach Nusa Lembogan inkl. Schnorcheln gebucht. Die Kommunikation hat über WhatsApp super geklappt. Organisation wirkte manchmal etwas chaotisch, aber sonst waf alles Top. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich, Essen war gut, Schnorchelspots sehr nice. Kann die Firma auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

I booked and paid through trip advisor. I then contacted them through trip advisor and they said it was one way trip and a return would cost extra. Told to pay at the beach. Went to the actual check in area/office and- they said the booking was for a return trip! So what is it then? I will find out tomorrow.

Had ticket, yet when boarded boat there was no seats left, confused child told us to go up top where there was still no seats, was told to sit on forward deck on the floor, as got underway got sprayed with plenty of water, gestured to move to back, skipper didn’t slow down just crawled our way around the edge of boat at max speed.

Myself and partner then sat down on rusty floor leant up against moving barrel. Avoid this company they don’t care and are completely confused.

Had booked through Lembonan Watersport to go diving, so maybe avoid them too.

Not a great ferry company at all. ALL folks receive different prices, which is totally dishonest and unfair. We found the ticket sellers to be totally unhelpful and unfriendly when we were asking about early morning return tickets. All 4 of them had no idea what was going on and we had to wait 15 minutes for them to call someone else for information about ticket prices and hours. It was terrible.

Always bad experiences.has been 7 times already and every time a new problem.once we got out of gaz in the middle of the ocean for 35min with a lot of waves.now we have to enter with our foot in the water like every time in sanur, but this time even my bagback was underwater! Very good for clothes and computer i will say.see you next time for new problems. (and offfff course always 30min late minimum)

I used the sister company of D-Star, but I think it's the same people. Not a pleasure cruise, just a fast boat that gets you back and forth to Lembongan as quickly as possible. The crew helped everyone off and on the boat and were professional.this company did exactly what they were expected to do so no reason to give them anything less than 5 stars.

Woke up sick. Messaged at 730am to reschedule my 1230pm ferry for the next day. They were very understanding and very nice. I would easily book again!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. The resort we stayed at booked us tickets back from Lembongan to Sanur saying it was a "nice" boat. It really wasn't. The boat we took from Sanur (Arthamas) was way better. We got a bit confused because while they were taking other passengers bags into the boat, they didn't offer to take the luggage my boyfriend was carrying, which is fine because the boat was tied to a floating jetty and we could board without taking our shoes off. When we arrive in Sanur, there wasn't any jetty so we took off our shoes because we knew we would need to step in to the water to get to land. My boyfriend assumed they wouldn't help with the luggage again, so he carried the luggage and while he was trying to get off the boat, one of the crew (we assume trying to help) took his luggage which caused him to lose his balance and he fell into the sea. While accidents happen, the worst part was when he fell, they all laughed at him and no one offered to help him! As a result, his laptop (which he was carrying in his backpack) and his mobile phone was spoilt. Also, they were all throwing empty big plastic bottles before taking off again (I know it's for water or something) but just the way they were just chucking and throwing them high in the air just shows what a rude bunch of people they are. IF YOU ARE HEADING TO/FROM LEMBONGAN, DON'T TAKE D'CAMEL. THERE ARE BETTER SERVICE PROVIDERS OUT THERE.

Very good service. Fast and easy. We paid online and they sent us a tickets on whats app or email if you want.

Has almost one week item delivery i through jne not yet also found.jne sending through d'camel fast boat sanur head to island lembongan, yesterday had a chance i ask to office d'camel, either his staff said that item such has in send to island lembongan jungutbatu, tapinyatanya until day even this item such not i find seems to some staff is that not done.

A lot of hustle to get on the boat long delays, never on time, not that the other boats would be much different, but it wouldnt be hard to steamline this process.

Good ferry, got us from Nusa Lembogan to Sanur in half an hour. They provide a free cup of water as well.
Waiting area was clean.
