Where you get your boat tickets, there will be guys riding motorcycles to help carry luggage and people

Boat arrived on 5pm, now 7pm we 5 people still on the van, and most ridiculous is we are not heading to our destination!

We changed 1 van, and just waiting to refuel 40-50 mins, and 3 stops but we 5 people last stop? ! 2 hours already and I dont know how bad is the traffic jam later to our hotel!

Dont blame traffic jam which totally can be avoided,

1. All passengers on van, and waiting at petrol station 40 mins! Why not refuel before pick up rather waste passengers time?

2.3 batch of passengers, Driver sent 2 passengers to nearby hotel first and its ok, then we 5 people a group to hotel and one other to airport, obviously hotel is near but dropped at airport and a big circle back, with heavy traffic jam from airport on sunday night.why not optimize route and serve bigger group first?

Off the boat to hotel 16km, in the end took almost 3 hours

Terrible service! No aircon inside the ferry, super hot inside, and taxi arrangement unpunctual, took more than 2 hrs for a 40m trip because didn’t plan to add fuel ahead of time. Will never choose this company again.

Adding on to the reply: its just lame and irresponsible to blame everything to the traffic, it’s not the traffics fault that your driver didn’t add fuel ahead of time and it took 1.5 hrs just to line up at the fuel station. Further more, the driver could’ve told us that he need to add oil and give us an estimated waiting time when he saw the queue at the fuel station, so we might consider other option instead of just sitting in the car, thought this wouldn’t take long. And because this extra 1.5 hrs, we ran into the busiest hr in Bali island and got caught in the traffics, so whose Fault you think this is? Your company or the traffic? Eventually it took 3 hrs from Sanur to our hotel in Kuta, we missed our dinner, we missed our plan later on.

Best fast Ferry in Sanur. Lost my Boarding Ticket in the Harbour, so one of the Kind ladies From the Office brought me a New one very quick By Scooter. We booked nusa lembongan and back, both With pick up and drop off, both times very well organized and both ferries on Time. Keep going d‘camel - we love you ️

We did the fully day trip. Trip on the island was good. However dcamel services are very poor. There is very little communication in the day itself. You are dropped off in the office and have to wait for don't know what. Then dropped off at the harbour without any further information. The boat itself is quite old and you have no leg room. There is no airco and a lot of noise.
Dropoff is in the oceaan, knee deep water, just before the beach. You can barely call this a transfer.
On the way back just the same. No communicatie, no children life jackets. At sanur we were told the car could 't pick us up and we had to walk. Simply outrageous. There were families with small children, including ourselves, and elderly that were not able to walk the distance. This is not a proper transfer to the hotel. Again, communication was Really poor.
Two starts for the whole experience, esp. Snorkel ing, banana boat and mangrove tour were good. Sub zero for dcamel services, or SCamel as they should be called

Great door to door service but the ferry is a sweat box. The air-conditioning doesn't work and you can't open the windows because of the sea spray.

Cheapest price ferry I could find, journey was mostly smooth and good service. Lots of space and seats

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My wife and I used D’camel Fast Ferry to visit Nusa Penida and it was a bad experience from start to finish. Firstly, they put us on the back of bikes (with no helmets) to get to and from the ticket office - this wasn’t a big deal for us personally, but it wasn’t communicated to us beforehand and could have been a problem for anyone scared of getting on the back of a bike. When we got to Nusa Penida, our driver spoke very little English which made it difficult to communicate with him. Some drivers/guides we saw at Nusa Penida were taking their guests to multiple spots for photographs, whereas ours would take us to one spot and then go and wait for us. We then went for our lunch which was included in the price we paid, and the menu options were their cheapest dishes only. I chose to have an ice tea (it was that or water) and the Nasi Goreng, which gave me Bali belly so I was extremely unwell by time we got back to our hotel that night. The wait staff were disinterested so if we had to wanted to order anything else, good luck getting their attention. Our return boat was booked for 4PM which was too late and we ended up waiting at the harbour for an hour and a half. When we got back to Sanur there was no driver waiting for us and I had to message D’camel to make sure there was still someone coming for us. When they eventually arrived, the driver chose to re-fuel (without telling us beforehand) on the way back to our hotel. Again, not a huge deal but surely this could’ve been done on the way to collect us (especially as they were late anyway). Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Fast ferry from Bali (Sanur) to Lembongan Island. Fuss-free online booking and great follow-up communication via email. Instructions were clear and the check-in process straightforward. They then took us by vehicle to the port, where we waited longer than expected to depart half an hour late, but that was fine. 30-minute crossing and then arrived at the beach to disembark. There was even a vehicle ready and waiting to take us to our chosen accommodation on the island! Fabulous service!

Nice boats. A little unorganized, but that could have been time and place. This is also very common in Asia.

Great service. Pleasantly surprised by how well organised and seemless everything is. From hotel to hotel, or hotel to airport, whatever the case might be for you, it all runs smoothly.

A lot of misinformation, lack of proper schedule, the ferry waits sometimes 30-40 minutes so that they can sell the last tictets.
Looks like quite good safety system installed though.

First time used their service sanur to Lembongan & back. Booked on Whatsapp since i was notable to pay online as i was traveling. They Pick you up at you hotel you are dropped at their Sanur (Port) office you checkin there and make payments. They give you boarding and sticker for bags. Then Small walk to port. They load your luggage and then you board the boat once there they drop you to your hotel on island. Same during return. They charge extra for for far location pickup like ubud etc kuta is free

Dcamel is one of the safest and surest way to go to Lembongan. And their team is a very professional one, i have been working with them for quite a while now, and rarely been disappointed. So thanks to the team.

I used Dcamel fast ferry many time, and boat depart time is on time but yaa some time delay as it is depend weather situation. But I’am enjoyed.
