We always came here pre pandemic and just came back again. Love this place. So affordable and sooooo relaxing. We will always make this our first choice of priority for a massage!

I was happy with my package, my wife not. It's depend the therapist. I get one with experience and my wife get a very young one unexperience.
The place is beautiful but maybe it's better to have less staff but good one.

Had the worst massage of my life.

Started off with the counter staff telling me that we are not allowed to sleep & snore and they’ll wake me up for it.

How is it even relaxing when I can’t even sleep? How do I control my tendency to snore

Next would be the massage, the room has a weird paint/plastic smell and it’s very disturbing that you can’t relax at all.

When they are about to end, they placed a low quality cold cloth on your eyes which is very uncomfortable. Throughout the entire massage, they didn’t ask about the pressure level at all.

Would not recommend this place at all despite the price.

My #1 Spa in Bali! The team from Cool Spa has always been warm, friendly and inviting. The masseurs are professional, and the environment is definitely relaxing. The hot and cold towel service at the end of the massage is my favourite part.

In this price range, probably the most relaxing and expert full body massage you will ever get. Worth going between 10am-4pm for their “specials” which make it even cheaper. Not to mention, tax is included in the prices they quote so no sneaky add ons here. Definitely an awesome spa.

Great prices. Great massage. Communal area with curtains but made it all that more quiet as people are more aware to avoid unnecessary noise.

Staff stole $879,000 IDR from secure locker while I was having a massage. I realised and went straight back for my money to be told no security cameras on lockers. DO NOT GO THERE.

BE CAREFUL THEY ARE THIEVES. Went there with friends. Left our wallets in locker. Not long after checked our wallets and were all missing 500k. Conveniently cameras didnt pick up lockers. Was left feeling like they have done this many many times

My favourite 1.5 hour aromatherapy massage in Bali. Very relaxing in the cool, dark blue room. The place doesn't look super modern, but that's part of the charm! It is also very well priced. I highly recommend.

This spa is overpriced. Massage was not too bad but the massage room was very run down and old. So this is not the place for nice, comfy Spa feel. The bath tub for the milk bath us very dirty and shower area is very dirty. Not value for money and not recommended

Walked away after they read us rules upon rules! And when we asked if they didn't think all these rules are off putting to clients and would drive people away they told us we can go elsewhere. The cheek of it!

Massage was good but Pedicure needs more training! Paid for Pedicure service and 30 mins foot massage. Pedicure (clipping nails, buffing, cuticle removing, etc) was done WITHOUT prior washing the feet. Only right before they painted the nails, my feet was soaked in cold water for 10 seconds.

Lovely people well priced value for money but very tired surroundings and noisy rooms (which we were warned of before committing).
