We were nearby in the area after doing a cooking class, and walked in with no reservations.
I had a 1 hour facial + 45 min back neck and shoulder massage with Ratna. Everything was wonderful! The pressure was good. The scented jasmine oil for 10.000 extra was nice too.
This spa has a no phones and no talking policy which was super peaceful, and the blue lighting/decoration was pretty neat. A great escape from the heat.

This is a must on every Bali trip we do! Clean professional massage every time. The cool room ambience is shielded from all outside distractions no scooter noise, no chatter from staff just bliss as sore muscles are soothed. Can’t rate this place highly enough!

Amazing. From the moment we stepped in, they answered all our questions. They even have a chart that shows which aromatic oil is best for you.

They give you a locker to keep your phones in. This is really thoughtful as it does not disturb others when going through a massage.

The blue light inside creates such a mellow mood.

The masseuse I had was amazing. Very professional and thorough. Felt like Jello after the 90 min hot stone massage.

The location of this place is another bonus. After massage, you can either come outside and go to Seminyak Square next door or a 4 min walk to Motel Mexicola.

Would highly recommend this place and will be back. The staff are great, the prices are very reasonable and most importantly the place is clean and nice.

Nice relaxing massage, but not the best one I’ve had in Bali.
Kids also had nails done and was not impressed.
Also one of the more pricey places, so expected more.

One of the bests spa in Seminyak. Ask the therapist named Indah, or Iluh: they are very professional, sweet and have excellent skills!

We wanted to go to a very popular spa which I won’t name and then we stumbled upon this little gem the treatments and the prices bought the 10 of us back every day to try a different one or repeat the one we had done before. They are so professional and so good at what they do. Don’t go past this amazing spa.

Rarely ever do I write reviews but when visiting had a friend tell me about this place to the point where they walked me there and I was not disappointed. Had the best massage of my life and I can’t stop thinking about it! I’m usually ticklish and this massage didn’t hurt or tickle one bit. Constant pressure the whole way through and it was so relaxing I caught myself almost falling asleep. Cannot wait to get back to Bali and the first place I will stop is here ️

Very disappointed with this place, it was the last massage of our trip and it was also the worst… basically just spreading oil on your body, not an actual massage… had to ask for more pressure 2 times and no difference at all. 60 min massage where they spent 2 min on each leg and then at the end they spend 10 min washing off the oil with a wet towel… not relaxing… do not recommend at all

Partner and I stumbled upon Cool Spa on our walk on our first day in Seminyak. Had a wonderful 1 hour back massage and foot reflexology. If you are looking for a tranquil and calm ambience definitely the place to go. Staff were lovely.

We go here often when in Bali. For the price it is very good indeed. We have tried all of the top spas in Bali and the value that Cool Spa is incredible. The staff remember us every time we return and are always friendly. The massages are professional and the ambience is much nicer than most street massage centres.

Best place for regular massage in Seminyak! Every time I come to Bali I go to Cool spa every day. Still a very cheap price point for great quality. Very relaxing setting for the massage treatments and talented therapists. The reception remember your name and favourite treatments and you can charge your phone in a secure locker whilst you get massaged.

Brilliant! Have been twice now and each time has been a sensational experience.
