I LOVE Cocoon! I've been to the Ubud location a bunch of times for various treatments, and I've popped into the Legian one a handful of times to pick up derma rollers and product. LOVE their gold leaf hyaluronic acid serum and gold leaf moisturizer although I think those have both been discontinued. It looks like they've got some great new stuff, though. I made my appointment through Miranda for an upcoming treatment in Legian and so looking forward to it! She was so super sweet and helpful. They always are at Cocoon =)

For 8 years I have enjoyed every treatment at Cocoon. All the staff and doctors are always professional and take their time to discuss each procedure or treatment. Highly recommend

I've got my Cocoon 24k Gold Hydra Facial yesterday and this is honestly one of the best treatment I've had in months! I was soo refreshed, this is exactly what I needed after riding around in my motorbike the whole day. The staffs were amazing and really knows their stuff. The serum by Cocoon and also the moisturizer is the real hero. I can't wait to tell my friends and families about this treatment!

I went here years ago at a different location (which was nicer,) however I had a good experience. They fitted me last minute and I was the last client for the day which probably meant people were ready to go home understandably. I would go back.

I warmly recommend cocoon medial spa also for colonic treatment. I did one few years ago, as an “uncomfortable” and intimate treatment, I was a bit stressing out. The staff was amazing and made this moment easy!

Amazing prices and services especially if you want to treat yourself in Bali (aside from yoga retreats and self-care activities. Definitely now part of my itinerary when going to Bali.

Hydrotherapy treatment was excellent a high level of service and professionalism. Expect the cellulite massage to hurt as it should to be effective. Will be coming back! Xx

Came here for RF microneedling and Botox. My friend contacted them on WhatsApp and they gave a price list, and they were kind enough to send a car to our hotel. Everyone at Cocoon speaks excellent English and patiently and thoroughly explains the process. Dr Josie was friendly and met with us to discuss our Botox goals and went for the same units as I get in the US and was honest and didn’t try to push more units. She even showed me the vial of Botox and prepared it in front of me so there was no bait and switch and the Botox was genuine Allergan botulinum. The RF facial was great and painless and clear aftercare instructions given. Really happy we found this place.

It was a really pleasant experience our vitamine treatment. The staff was very helpful and highly qualified. They gave us such a comfortable feeling and they took the time to explain everything.

Dr Josie was absolutely amazing. Lip fillers aren’t my first time, but this was definitely the first time I experienced hardly any pain.dr Josie was so so honest about expectations, results etc and even then she did an absolutely amazing job.
