kolam renang luas, cocok untuk berkumpul bersama keluarga.tapi pelayanan kualitas makanan harus ditingkatkan lagi, saya tadi pesan semacam ayam nugget (ayamnya busuk dan bau seperti sdh lama)
tlg ditingkatkan utk kualitasnya ya.

Very good location with a lot of tables/lying chairs facing the beach.
Drinks are ok but the food can be better.
Try their fresh coconut!

New cafe in Sanur area.close to sanur port. Had their Boscaiola, tagliattelle pasta with slow cooked beef cheek ragu, wild mushroom and parmesan. Check out their cakes as well!

One of favorite place in Sanur to hangout with family or friends, spacious and open air restaurant with beach view. Playground is one the great idea for family, all in there! Keep up the good atmosphere.

Good Nutella pancakes, and excellent cappuccino! Fast WiFi connection, helpful and friendly staff

Love the interior, exterior, beach, service, taste of food. The price is cheap than other beach club. I will come back here again.

Restaurant yang terletak di pantai Sanur ini adalah restaurantnya Hotel Segara Village. Sambil menikmati hidangan kita bisa melihat pemandangan pantai Sanur. Makanan enak dan pelayanan ramah.

Staff nya ramah, tempatnya nyaman, langsung akses pantai dan ada kolam renang. Cocok buat keluarga santai di weekend

Rather disappointing.
The service was slow and a bit meh. Not grumpy, but also didn't look at all like he wanted to be there. Maybe he had a bad day?
Eggs Benedict: the eggs were cooked perfectly, but there was basically no sauce on it and overall it was very bland.
Farmers omlett: took a looooong time to come out of the kitchen even the restaurant was almost empty at the time of visit. And also very bland. The bread that came with it was nice though.
Best part: the coffee was good.
But yeah overall: wouldn't come back. Sorry

Food was okay. The place and pool is newly renovated. But I need to stress on the BAD SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY from the staff.

I ordered menu from the beach club while accompanying my kid's swimming lesson in the same hotel as the beach club. It wasn't served until the lesson almost finished, and I came to the staff to check. They say they couldn't find me in the place I was waiting so they throw away my order (I was never moved from my place and there's no one coming asking if anyone has ordered menus - which they should've done). There's no single apology from the staff, not before I mentioned that they should improve their service.

Wouldn't want to come back to the beach club.

First time being here. Decided to try due to the good review, however, what we have experienced was beyond terrible. I ordered Big Breakfast, then they informed us they did not have sausages and will replace them with hashbrowns - so I went along with it. The description of the dish was: sausages, bacon, 2 eggs, baked beans, tomato and potato wedges (price 102k with SC), What I got was eggs, 2 tiny slices of bacon, hashbrown (replacement of sausages), half a tomato, mushroom (replacement of baked beans) and NO potato wedges. When I asked why there was no wedges, they said its not available. They said this after my food arrived. My husband ordered eggs benedict, basically only poached egg and muffins, NO spinach - I asked why there was no spinach, waitress answered: oh yeah sorry its not available (price 69k), again no mentioned when i ordered. My son ordered poached eggs with brown toast which bread not available, so i said its ok with white toast - expecting at least some kind of sourdough, brioche, fancy bread, instead of cheap white bread that only came thin slice cut in halves. Such a dissapoinment, for what we paid and received such bad quality food. When i complained, the answer was: we only have limited kitchen! Then review your menu! If you can’t cope then shortlist your menu! Also those 3 dishes took 50mins to make. Such a shame and such a ripoff too. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. At least not until the revamp their menu and service! Worst breakfast I’ve had in Bali!

Lovely place to sit for a beachfront drink. We haven't eaten there bit the service was excellent.

We had high tea here for my sisters birthday yesterday 11 th March. Great service with a smile.
The high tea however was a lot of sweet food with only 4 half sandwiches for two people. Would have liked a little more savoury (little quiche perhaps). Good price though.

Highly recommend for big groups, family, couple. There are lots of area for the kids play. Beautiful place

Fowl freely walking in resplendent gardens. Fine children's play area. Delectable drink and dining. Courteous staff.

The restaurant at the beach of byrdshouse was the only time during our 2 week holiday where we experienced bad service. The staff was rather unfriendly and didn't show attention.

Our worst experience in Bali. Our order at the restaurant was forgotten and it arrived cold one hour later. Groups that had arrived later than us received their meals before us. Quality of the cooking was not good. Chicken was super dry and I felt it had stayed under a lamp for one hour. Restaurant defended the quality of their kitchen and blamed the wind for making the food cold. As a refund; one portion was taken away from the bill. Overall a poor experience.

We'll work a visit for dinner great food and service at a reasonable price. Went back the next day to the bakery pies and cakes are great also. Will be back

Nice treat of cakes selection nearby the swimming pool/garden area facing the walking lane of Sindhu beach.

Amazing place to watch the sunset with friendly staff and great cocktail promotions every Thursday night. We had sushi in the neighbouring restaurant which was equally as good.
