We went here to eat. My partner had meat from the BBQ menu and I from the menu. There was actually a 45 minute gap between him and me getting his food. I had pasta, which really didn't taste like anything, I had asked vtv if the skin could be removed from the schampie. This was not done and was then given a fork and spoon. Staff speaks poor English, there are rats walking around while eating. And there are tables under trees where bats sit. So you have to be careful not to get pooped on. Or just don't go to this place. That seems best to me.

That was a first, when one clam didn't open while cooking I was told that I could just open it with my knife.

Byrd House to me offers more the good atmosphere and good services, but food was nothing special. I ordered vegetarian club sandwich; while waiting time between dinner and drinks was 20 minutes, when the food arrived, it was already cold. It was the same case with Tuna sambal matah that arrived cold, not fresh and warm at all. I guess my self-made sandwich might probably much better than a cold veggie sandwich being served with least generous sauce and no avocado (as it was advertised). I was told that avocado is no longer available only upon inquiry. Twas the worst sandwich i ever tasted that was incompatible with its price tag. I'd say the price you pay for the food is the price of the atmosphere than the food itself. Overpriced food is the best way to describe it.

Excellent restaurant in Sanur with an Italian chef who brings you a high quality culinary experience. The best restaurant in Bali for gourmets. The dish is around €12 and you won't regret it. Very considerate and attentive service!
A superb decoration adds to the charm of the place, especially in the evening.

This place so comforting. They have a huge space for you to relax, enjoy the sanur beach ambience while having your food. Nice service from the staff.
(-) if you are alone and want to have the seat near the beach, you have to spend mininum 300.000 rupiah which is to much for a single person.

We are enjoying our time at this location. The service, especially by Adit, is excellent. Very delicious food and cocktails.

Tempat yang lebih menjual atmosfir karena makanannya cukup mahal. Tempatnya luas sekali dan langsung di tepi pantai. Sebenarnya lbh asik kalo rame2. Cocok untuk acara outing kantor atau rame2 bersama keluarga. Buat bawa anak2 juga aman. Di malam hari jg cakep banget suasananya. Asiknya lg jg buka sampe jam malam. Parkirnya di pantai Sindu atau segara ayu lalu jalan sedikit.

Management- please get more umbrella! We love this place but so many tables don't have shade. Hope they can add more umbrella for more happy customers soon

Just stunning. Good chill vibes with lounge music. Good food. Best for family or couple or alone. They have swimming pool too!

Have to say the place is amazing and can enjoy with the family.
The host is a bit snobbish.and not very friendly to invite guests in.
I order many things to try and I have to say from the kids menu.is lacking in display and over fried everything.
The adult meals lack in presentation and taste.
Although the cafe with the pastry is the next best thing there. The staff overall are just in the own world, you will feel that you are not their priority.

Food poisoned after home from the cold Vegetariana pizza they served, with under seasoned tomato sauce (I can feel it's raw), also the capsicum, red onion, zucchini still raw. Mozzarella half melt, and all is cold, no hot pizza. I don't know how they store it but after eat 1 slice, me and Italian husband knew that's not good.
After home, my husband vomiting and got sicked, while my stomach felt confused.
And then 0 for the service.
We came to ask if have table beach view, they said all reserved and full.
Ok we will back when they are free spaces. But we saw there are 3 free tables, we tried to asked in other staff and we got the table. Look like doesn't give the table for 2 persons? We waited but no staffs coming with menu until we had to call one of them.
Waiting 20 mins to get our order but we half finished without drinks arrive. We had to asked again, and their answer: we are in high today so please wait.

I was thinking to bring my family here but I change my mind.

If the manager read this: Please don't joke with food, we eat not only because hungry and eat. We appreciate good food. Put more effort doesn't cost you nothing if you appreciate food too.

The Most Luxurious Set up on the beach, amazing pool and beach views, and great quality food 5 Stars, and I wanna live there.

Awalnya reserve buat christmas dinner disini, pesan yg diluar tapi kecewa banget dikasi yang paling ujung dengan pemandangan toilet dan pantai yang terhalang tembok bambu padahal pingin duduk yg di posisi tengah gak recommend buat duduk disitu sofanya juga lembab dan banyak nyamuk. Sempet bete banget tapi di kasi pindah kedalam sama staff nya, suka tempat dan suasananya enak buat foto2 dan ngobrol bareng teman tapi untuk rasa makanannya kurang menurut aku masih ada yg lebih enak. Walaupun makanannya juga kurang enak tapi vibesnya suka jadi saya kasi bintang 4

We stayed here for 4 nights and went for lunch at the hotel restaurant. This is the worst run restaurant we’ve ever experienced. Took over 30mins just to get a menu, then another 35mins to place an order. That’s after trying to hail down the myriad of wait staff who avoid eye contact and chat amongst themselves. 25mins after ordering we were approached by wait staff and told that one of the dishes have ‘sold out’. We waited almost 2 hours for 1 dish that eventually made it to our table and it was very mediocre. Then we were asked to pay for 2 beverages before our food came! The table next to us asked for menus and after 30mins went and got their own from another table. Their food eventually arrived without cutlery and they had to go ask staff if they could bring some. Never again.

Tempatnya bagus, nyaman, makanan dan minuman nya excelent, Awesome ambience, staff staff nya yg super ramah, dan helpfull,
Bisa liat pantai nyantai, kalau ngilangin rasa lelah pasti selalu disini

Beach club di pinggir pantai segara. Masih satu garis pantai dari pantai matahari terbit, sanur, sindu hingga pantai mertasari. Ada kolam renang buat anak-anak berenang selain itu memiliki kursi di pinggir pantai jadi bisa duduk santai menikmati makan dan minum di pantai.
