It’s a ferry, not a cruise. Our boats were nice, the crew were kind and spoke english. Gave out waters cold towels mints and sea sickness pill, we never felt unsafe even in some very rocky waters. The captain handled it very well. They were professional and kind to a passenger having an anxiety attack who was traveling alone. Would recommend their services

Pick ups were easy, drop off was easy (it’s included for free, we didn’t expect 5 star service or that it would be the most efficient or quick but totally fine for an included item.)

Great organised boat transport in Bali. From handing out travel sickness tablets to everyone before journey, they really take care of their customers.

We were picked up at 6: 30am and arrived around 7am. There’s a small cafe there for breakfast, though I found it expensive. When you arrive, check in at the counter first. There might be a bit of a queue. Hang on to your paper tickets and the lanyard they give you. Before you board the boat you’ll hand the lanyard back to them. We had a pretty smooth ride to Gili T. The boat was clean and comfortable. The windows are tinted so you won’t get the sun on your face. You can head to the upper deck if you want to go outside.

The boat was comfy and on time. However the transport from the boat to the hotel was very very bad. After confirming the address of our hotel with 3 different people the driver still went to the incorrect location and then once he realized it was wrong, we had two switch to another car and sit in traffic again for an extra 2 hours. The company didn’t offer any refunds for their errors and ended up costing us an entire night in Bali. Choose your own transportation or another company

Had such a wonderful experience. Found BlueWater from a recommendation via a Bali blog. My friend and I were slightly nervous leaving Bali as we were not sure if we would receive confirmation or not for our transportation to PadangBai port. To our relief, we received pickup confirmation the day before. The pickup, check-in process and overall accommodations were excellent. We were definitely impressed by the professionalism of the staff and overall company. The ride back from Gili was rough to say the least; however, we felt in good hands and arrived safely at Serangan port. The transport to our next stay was very organized and our luggage was carefully accounted for each leg of the trip. The blog we read did say BlueWater was slightly more expensive than other companies, but worth paying extra for the seamless travel experience. We couldn’t agree more!

Boat ride was fine, roughly 150 AUD for a return ticket, seems kind of pricey.
They also lost my bag, supposedly a driver had placed it on the wrong transfer car since my name tag came off? Waited roughly an hour at the store till they found where it was located. Positive they delivered my bag to the hotel. 5 hours after our arrival from Gili T.

Good service, good operator. Great way to visit the islands. Pick-up & drop off to hotels at both ends. Well run and reasonable prices'.

Smell of diesel was felt during the whole trip. Nobody gives a sheeet about it. Personel doesnt feel it anymore. You wont be able to escape it unless you go on the deck.

Speedy pickup from our place in Canggu. Boat left and arrived on time. Newer boat with clean facilities. Loved the complimentary water and candy onboard and the top deck was an added bonus:) Best boat trip I've had from Bali so far!

Went padang bai to gili t, pick up in Ubud. They actually came on time which is not what usually happens. Everything was professional each part of the way. Boat trip itself very comfortable.

Great service, fast boats, and friendly staff. Would definitely use Bluewater again for transport to the Gilis and will be recommending to friends and customers traveling to Bali.

Good service, on-time pick up, departure and arrival, friendly staff and of course good WiFi. They have good safety standards as well. The price is quite more expensive compared to other services but you get what you pay for.

We had booked a speedboat from Bali to Lombok on July 21st and return on July 28th. Both had to be cancelled due to bad weather conditions. They informed us one day in advance and promised us a full refund. One month later we are still waiting for the refund. Therefore we cannot recommend this company at all. 0/5 stars

On time, efficient and friendly crew. Vessel was crowded, but there were seats for all. Drinks could be purchased on board.

BlueWater Express ist ein Schnellbootservice, der Passagiere, zumeist Touristen von Bali auf die umliegenden Inseln und wieder zurück bringt. Die Boote sind je nach Seegang und Wetterlage relativ pünktlich und sehr zuverlässig. Bei starkem Seegang ist die Überfahrt für Menschen, die eine Neigung zu Seekrankheit haben, eine ziemliche Herausforderung. Das Service- und Bootspersonal ist sehr freundlich und empathisch.

Amazing staff, really helpful. Unfortunately my ear got an infection so wasn't able to finish my diving course. Had the best teacher (Lovisa).
